Tiruchanur railway station (station code: TCNR [1] ) is a B-category [2] Indian Railways station in Tiruchanur, Tirupati city of Andhra Pradesh. It is part of Guntakal railway division of South Coast Railway zone. [3] [4] It is situated on the Guntakal–Renigunta section and provides rail connectivity to Tirupati and its suburbs such as Tiruchanur, Tirumala in Tirupati district. [5]

Further, this section intersects Howrah–Chennai main line, Guntakal–Renigunta section and Nadikudi–Srikalahasti section. This section has a total length of 33.85 km (21.03 mi) and is administered under Vijayawada railway division of South Coast Railway zone. On 2 March 2014, Venkatachalam–Krishnapatnam part of the section was commissioned.
