Tisinec (Hungarian : Tizsény) is a village and municipality in Stropkov District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1379.
The municipality lies at an altitude of 195 metres and covers an area of 3.758 km². It has a population of about 428 people.

Sliač is a small spa town located in central Slovakia, on the Hron river, between Banská Bystrica and Zvolen. The town is known for its healing hot springs and for an airport which has been used for military as well as civil purposes. Sliač has a population of less than 5,000.
