Moderatto is a Mexican rock band from Mexico City, known for their exaggerated on-stage personae that parody the stereotypical 1980s glam metal lifestyle. Moderatto started as a cover band in the late 1990s and released their debut CD Resurrexíon in 2001. The band has been successful since then, with three of their first five albums being awarded platinum.
Fobia is an album released by Mexican pop rock band Fobia. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1990. The songs are primarily themed around common phobias and anxieties, filled with dark humor and melodic music. Songs like Los muñecos and Las moscas deal with the fear of dolls and flies respectively. Other songs like Dios bendiga a los gusanos and El crucifijo deal with the anxieties of love. El microbito delivers humor and a quick change of pace towards the album's finale.

Fobia on Ice was a live album released by Fobia, a Mexican rock band on December 16, 1997. After Fobia's first live album, band members Leonardo de Lozanne, Paco Huidobro, Cha!, and Iñaki,Jay de la Cueva, would part ways without formally breaking up until recording together again in 2004.

The 4th Annual Latin Grammy Awards were held in Miami at the American Airlines Arena on Wednesday, September 3, 2003. It was the first time the telecast was held outside of Los Angeles. Juanes was the night's biggest winner winning a record five awards including Album of the Year. He tied his own record winning five awards again five years later in 2008. Juan Luis Guerra and Calle 13 also tied this record in 2007 and 2009 respectively.
Jay de la Cueva is a Mexican model, actor, producer, singer, bassist, drummer, guitarist, pianist and songwriter. He currently fronts Moderatto. His first musical experience was as a kid with the rock band Microchips, in which he was the bass player. He later joined rock bands Victimas del Dr. Cerebro and Titán. He was also a co-founder of the band Molotov. In 1995, he left Molotov to join the band Fobia.
Belanova was a Mexican pop band that formed in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, in 2000. The group consisted of Denisse Guerrero, Edgar Huerta and Ricardo "Richie" Arreola. Although these are the only three official members, several other musicians performed in the band's live lineup, most notably Israel "Campanita" Ulloa (drums) and Richo Acosta (guitar). The band was signed to Virus Records, owned by Universal Music, in 2002.

The chart had the support of major record distributors in Mexico and was issued by the Asociación Mexicana de Productores de Fonogramas y Videogramas on a weekly basis from 2005 until July 9, 2020, when the chart was discontinued. The Top 100 México contained over 100 titles sold in the country, with separate charts that include 20 albums for popular music genres, such as norteño, banda and ranchera, Spanish, and English language albums.
20 Años de Éxitos En Vivo con Moderatto is the third live album by Mexican recording artist Alejandra Guzmán. It was released by EMI Latin on June 21, 2011, and features the participation of Moderatto as her backing band. Jay de la Cueva worked as producer of the album, which was recorded at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City on March 17, 2011. The album includes Guzmán's greatest hits, a song originally performed by Moderatto, and two newly recorded songs, including the theme song of the Mexican telenovela Una familia con suerte.
The 14th Annual Latin Grammy Awards was held on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. This was the sixth time that Latin Grammys has been held at this location. The main telecast was broadcast on Univision at 8:00 PM EST.
Canciones Para La Luna - Sinfónico En Vivo is the first album of Belanova in symphonic format where all songs were modified and played with a symphony orchestra, was recorded in the Roberto Cantoral Cultural Center on September 2 and went on sale in digital format through a promotion of Pepsi on October 8 with only 10 songs, up to December 13 Belanova I present in physical format and by a DVD with a total of 15 songs and videos.
Mexrrissey is a Mexican band co-founded by Camilo Lara and Sergio Mendoza. Inspired by Morrissey and The Smiths' songs, Camilo and Sergio along with: Ceci Bastida, Jay de la Cueva, Alejandro Flores, Chetes and Ricardo Nájera began this musical project in 2015. Their album No Manchester (2016) contains Morrissey songs translated into Spanish with a mix of Latin beats and sounds added to the music. After their first show in Mexico City, the band began with a UK tour in April 2015. During the spring of 2018, Mexrrissey conducted a UK tour promoted as "La Reina Is Dead".

Magdalena Caballero was a Mexican luchadora, or professional wrestler commonly known under her ring name La Dama Enmascarada. Caballero was a relative of professional wrestler Irma González as well as González's daughter Irma Aguilar although it is unclear exactly how they were related.
