Tlumach Raion (Ukrainian : Тлу́мацький райо́н, romanized: Tłumaćkyj rajon) was a raion (district) of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (region) in Ukraine. The city of Tlumach was the administrative center of the raion. The raion was abolished on 18 July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast to six. The area of Tlumach Raion was merged into Ivano-Frankivsk Raion. [1] [2] The last estimate of the raion population was 45,699 (2020 est.) [3]

Yaremche Municipality was an administrative subdivision of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. Population: 23,186 . The municipality was created on December 30, 1977 out of the Nadvirna Raion. In 2006 the official name of it changed from Yaremcha to Yaremche. On December 14, 2006 the spelling of Yaremche officially has changed from Yaremcha. Five abolished raions, Bohorodchany, Halych, Rohatyn, Tlumach, and Tysmenytsia Raions, as well as Ivano-Frankivsk and Burshtyn Municipalities, were merged into Ivano-Frankivsk Raion.
