Harukanaru Toki no Naka de is a Japanese shōjo manga series written by Tohko Mizuno who also worked on the video game of the same name, which was developed by Ruby Party and published by Koei. The manga was serialized in LaLa DX magazine from July 1999 to January 2010, and published by Hakusensha in 17 volumes. An English version was licensed by Viz Media under the title Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time. The storyline initially follows the characters and events from the first installment of the video game series. An anime series titled Harukanaru Toki no Naka de ~Hachiyou Shou~ was developed by Yumeta Company with Aki Tsunaki directing, with 26 episodes broadcast from October 5, 2004, to March 29, 2005. The anime received an English dub titled Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time: A Tale of the Eight Guardians.
Hideko Mizuno is one of the first successful female Japanese shōjo manga artists. She was an assistant of Osamu Tezuka staying in Tokiwa-sō. She made her professional debut in 1955 with Akakke Kōma Pony, a Western story with a tomboy heroine. She became a prominent shōjo artist in the 1960s and 1970s, starting with White Troika, which serialized in Margaret in 1963.
Reiko Shimizu is a Japanese shōjo manga writer and illustrator. She is noted for her works of science fiction and her art style, and is also known for her illustrations of tarot cards called the Miracle Tarot deck.
Chū-Bra!! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yumi Nakata. Cinderalla, also known as Junko Mizuno's Cinderalla, is a fantasy-horror manga written and illustrated by Junko Mizuno. It was published by Koushinsya; later an English version was released by Viz Media in 2002. It is one in a line of her new version on old fairy tales, the others are Hansel & Gretel and Princess Mermaid. In the English book there is an interview between Izumi Evers and Junko Mizuno. Miritari! is a Japanese four-panel comedy manga series by Mamo Williams, serialized in Ichijinsha's seinen manga magazine Manga 4-koma Palette. It was collected in five tankōbon volumes, released between 2009 and 2013. A sequel series titled Miritari! Otsugata began serialization in the same magazine from 2014. A 12-episode anime television series adaptation by Creators in Pack aired between January 7 and March 25, 2015.
Ninja Girl & Samurai Master, known in Japan as Nobunaga no Shinobi, is a Japanese four-panel manga series written and illustrated by Naoki Shigeno. Katato-chan and a novelization titled Hachigatsu no Cinderella Nine ～Before Summer～ are being serialized on the game's official website. Kageki Shojo!! is a Japanese manga series by Kumiko Saiki. It was serialized as Kageki Shojo! in Shueisha's seinen manga magazine Jump X from 2012 to 2014 and was collected in two tankōbon volumes. It was later re-released as Kageki Shojo!! Season Zero in a single tankōbon volume by Hakusensha in March 2019. A sequel manga by Saiki has been serialized in Hakusensha's josei manga magazine Melody since 2015. It has been collected in twelve tankōbon volumes. Mizuno and Chayama (水野と茶山) is a Japanese yuri manga series written and illustrated by Yuuta Nishio. The manga was serialized in Enterbrain's monthly seinen manga magazine Comic Beam from October 2018 to December 2019. The story follows Mizuno and Chayama, two high school students who find themselves on either side of a political divide in their rural town.
