Hana to Yume, also known as HanaYume (花ゆめ), is a semi-monthly Japanese shōjo manga magazine published by Hakusensha on the 5th and 20th of every month. The magazine is B5-size, and always comes with furoku or free supplements, such as drama CDs, pencil boards (shitajiki), manga anthologies, stationery, and calendars. Hana to Yume was ranked 4th by Japanese girls as their favourite manga anthology in a survey conducted by Oricon in 2006.

Harukanaru Toki no Naka de is a Japanese shōjo manga series written by Tohko Mizuno who also worked on the video game of the same name, which was developed by Ruby Party and published by Koei. The manga was serialized in LaLa DX magazine from July 1999 to January 2010, and published by Hakusensha in 17 volumes. An English version was licensed by Viz Media under the title Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time. The storyline initially follows the characters and events from the first installment of the video game series. An anime series titled Harukanaru Toki no Naka de ~Hachiyou Shou~ was developed by Yumeta Company with Aki Tsunaki directing, with 26 episodes broadcast from October 5, 2004 to March 29, 2005. The anime received an English dub titled Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time: A Tale of the Eight Guardians.
Hideko Mizuno is one of the first successful female Japanese shōjo manga artists. She was an assistant of Osamu Tezuka staying in Tokiwa-sō. She made her professional debut in 1955 with Akakke Kōma Pony, a Western story with a tomboy heroine. She became a prominent shōjo artist in the 1960s and 1970s, starting with White Troika, which serialized in Margaret in 1963.

Cinderalla, also known as Junko Mizuno's Cinderalla, is a fantasy-horror manga written and illustrated by Junko Mizuno. It was published by Koushinsya; later an English version was released by Viz Media in 2002. It is one in a line of her new version on old fairy tales, the others are Hansel & Gretel and Princess Mermaid. In the English book there is an interview between Izumi Evers and Junko Mizuno. Melody, stylized as MELODY, is a Japanese shōjo manga magazine published by Hakusensha on the 28th of even-numbered months. First issued in September 1997, it is targeted at josei or adult women despite being advertised as a shōjo or girls' manga magazine.
Piece, originally serialized as Piece: Kanojo no Kioku, is a Japanese shōjo manga series written and illustrated by Hinako Ashihara. It was serialized in Shogakukan's Betsucomi magazine, premiering in the May 2008 issue and concluding in the May 2013 issue. Shogakukan collected the individual chapters into 10 bound volumes from December 24, 2008, to June 26, 2013. The series won the 58th Shogakukan Manga Award in the shōjo manga category in 2013. It is licensed in France by Kana, in Germany by Tokyopop Germany, and in Italy by Panini Comics. Piece was also adapted into a live-action television drama series which aired on NTV in Japan from October 6, 2012, to December 29, 2012.
Aiura (あいうら) is a Japanese yonkoma shōnen manga series by Chama. It was first published on Niconico Seiga and later in Kadokawa Shoten's 4-Koma Nano Ace magazine. The manga ran between March 2011 and April 2014. An anime television series adaptation aired between April and June 2013.

It was serialized in Hakusensha's bi-monthly shōjo manga magazine, LaLa DX but has since moved to monthly LaLa with its chapters has been published and collected in 25 tankōbon volumes as of May 2022. An anime adaptation produced by Warner Bros., Hakusensha, Showgate, The Klockworx Co. Ltd., Hakuhodo DY Media Partners, Docomo Anime Store, BS Fuji and Bones aired the first half of the season in Japan between July 6, 2015, and September 21, 2015. The second half of the season aired in Japan between January 11, 2016, and March 28, 2016.
Miritari! is a Japanese four-panel comedy manga series by Mamo Williams, serialized in Ichijinsha's seinen manga magazine Manga 4-koma Palette. Ninja Girl & Samurai Master, known in Japan as Nobunaga no Shinobi, is a Japanese four-panel manga series written and illustrated by Naoki Shigeno. It has been serialized in Hakusensha's seinen manga magazine Young Animal since June 2008, with its chapters collected in eighteen tankōbon volumes as of July 2021. The series is about a fictional shinobi named Chidori who aids the real Japanese general Oda Nobunaga on his journey to the unification of Japan, so that he may bring peace to the land.
