Tokhm-e Balut-e Olya (Persian : تخم بلوطعليا, also Romanized as Tokhm-e Balūţ-e ‘Olyā; also known as Karbesāneh and Karsīāneh) [1] is a village in Helilan Rural District, Helilan District, Chardavol County, Ilam Province, Iran.
