Toki no Tsubasa (時間の翼, Wings of Time) is the 9th album of Zard [1] and was released on February 15, 2001 under B-Gram Records label.
Album was released for 10th anniversary of ZARD's debut.
The album consist of five previously released singles between years 1999-2000.
Two famous songs were remixed for debut anniversary celebration: Makenaide and Yureru Omoi.
Among of all released original albums, Toki no Tsubasa is only out of print neither available on iTunes. The official statement has never been announced for its discontinuation.
On July 26, 2021, it was announced that all 11 of ZARD's studio albums would be re-released as part of its 30th anniversary campaign on September 15. Ten of them are being released as remastered editions, while the re-issue of Toki no Tsubasa is a re-arranged edition with all ten original songs remixed by Yumeto Tsurusawa. [2] In the streaming platforms, only re-issue version has been added to the catalogues.
The album reached #1 rank first week. It charted 10 weeks and completely sold more than 371,000 copies. [3] This is last studio album which reach rank #1 in Oricon charts.

Wands (ワンズ) is a Japanese rock band formed in 1991 and active until 2000 under the label B-Gram Records. In 2019, the band reunited with a new vocalist, Daishi Uehara, and two former members, Shibasaki and Kimura, under the D-Go recording label. In the span of 29 years, the band has had three lead vocalists and changed instrumental members five times.
Good-bye My Loneliness is the debut album of Zard released on March 27, 1991 under the B-gram label. In 1991, B-gram released this album in cassette tape and CD format. In 1993, B-Gram Records re-released this album only in CD format (code:BGCH-1003). The album reached #34 rank in the first week of release. It charted for 45 weeks and sold 254,000 copies.

Eien is the 8th studio album by Zard released on February 17, 1999 under B-Gram Records label.
Tomatteita Tokei ga Ima Ugokidashita is the 10th album of Zard and was released on January 28, 2004 under B-Gram Records label.
Kimi to no Distance is the Zard 11th and final studio album, released on September 7, 2005 under B-Gram Records label. The album consist theme songs used for anime television series Detective Conan. Although Sakai released singles in 2006, this was Izumi Sakai's last album before her death in 2007.
"Eien" is Zard's 22nd single released on August 20, 1997 under B-Gram Records label. Junichi Watanabe, the writer of the novel, wrote the title word "Eien" of the CD cover. The single reached rank number 1 first week. It charted for 13 weeks and sold 628,000 copies. When Izumi Sakai died in 2007, it was selected as her fifth best song on the Oricon polls.
"My Friend" is the 17th single by Zard and released 8 January 1996. The single debuted at #1 rank first week. It charted for 21 weeks and sold over a million copies and became third highest-selling single in her career. When she died, it was elected as her third best song on the Oricon polls. The song is best known as the 4th Ending theme for Slam Dunk anime.
"Kanashii Hodo Anata ga Suki/Karatto Ikō! (悲しいほど貴方が好き/カラッといこう!)" is the 41st single by Zard and released 8 March 2006 under B-Gram Records label. Kanashii Hodo Anata ga Suki wasn't included in their final studio album Kimi to no Distance, however it got released in their compilation album Brezza di mare: Dedicated to Izumi Sakai. Karatto Ikō! was released only in their compilation album Zard Single Collection in 2012.

It was released one month after previous single "Nemurenai Yoru wo Daite" and one week after album "Hold Me". The single debuted at #9 rank first week. The album reached #3 in its first week and sold 142,030. The album charted for 7 weeks and sold more than 438,000 copies.
