Tomáš Vak (born 11 May 1978) is a Czech professional ice hockey player who currently plays with Yertis Pavlodar of the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship. [1]

Vak previously played for HC Rebel Havlíčkův Brod, HC Pardubice, HC Ytong Brno, HC Vsetín, HC Energie Karlovy Vary and HC České Budějovice. [2]

Yertis Hockey Club, commonly referred to as Yertis Pavlodar, is a professional ice hockey team based in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan. They were founded in 2009, and play in the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship, top level of ice hockey in Kazakhstan.

Kazzinc-Torpedo has won the most cups, with four, Kazakhmys Satpaev/Karagandy has won three, Arlan Kokshetau, Gornyak Rudny and Kulager Petropavl have all won two respectively, Yertis Pavlodar, Arystan Temirtau and Altay Torpedo have both won one apiece.
