She was born Toni Ann Filiti on May 5, 1964 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to astrologer Jackie Stallone (b. 1921) and her second husband Anthony Filiti. D'Alto was a younger half-sister of Sylvester and Frank Stallone.
