Tor Lund (20 January 1888 – 1 September 1972) was a Norwegian gymnast who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics.

He was part of the Norwegian team, which won the gold medal in the gymnastics men's team, free system event. He was born and died in Bergen, and represented Bergens TF. [1]

Krøderen Line railway line in Norway

The Krøderen Line is a heritage railway line connecting the Krøderen lake in Viken county, Norway, to the town of Vikersund. The 26-kilometre (16 mi) line was built as a narrow gauge branch line of the Randsfjord Line by the Norwegian State Railways (NSB) and opened in 1872. Passenger services were withdrawn in 1958, and freight traffic in 1985.

Randsfjorden Line railway line

The Randsfjorden Line is an 87-kilometre-long (54 mi) railway located in Viken county in Norway connecting Drammen to Hønefoss and Hadeland in Innlandet county. The railway is primarily used for passenger trains, and the only scheduled trains on the stretch are Norwegian State Railways express trains on the Bergen Line between Oslo and Bergen. Freight trains to Bergen go to Hønefoss via the Gjøvik Line. The railway is owned by the Norwegian National Rail Administration.

Rune Larsen is a Norwegian journalist, singer, musician, record producer and television presenter.

Lillestrøm won the Norwegian Cup after beating Moss 3-1 on 25 October. The goal scorers for Lillestrøm were André Krogsæter in the 16th minute, Tom Lund in the 32nd minute (penalty), and Gunnar Lønstad in the 49th minute. For Moss, Stein Kollshaugen scored in the 89th minute. This was the third time Lillestrøm won a Norwegian Cup. 22 895 spectators attended the game at Ullevål Stadion. The referee was Jan Erik Olsen.

Lillestrøm won the Norwegian Cup after beating Vålerenga 4–1 on 20 October 1985. The goal scorer for Lillestrøm was André Krogsæter, who scored four times, in the 26th, 34th, 74th and 85th minute. For Vålerenga, Vidar Davidsen scored in the 85th minute.

Brønnøysund IL

Brønnøysund Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Brønnøysund, Nordland, founded on 1 September 1917. It has sections for association football, track and field, team handball, floorball, swimming, and gymnastics.

Bergens Turnforening, often shortened to Bergens Turn is a Norwegian sports club from Bergen, founded in 1882. It has sections for athletics, orienteering, gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics. The biggest international success has come in gymnastics, where the club had multiple Olympic champions before the Second World War. In the same period the club saw its heyday in Norwegian athletics; it is now a feeder team of IL Gular.

HNoMS Tor was a Sleipner-class destroyer of the Royal Norwegian Navy that was launched in September 1939. She was under outfitting and testing when Nazi Germany invaded Norway on 9 April 1940. Although scuttled by Norwegian naval personnel to prevent her from being captured by the invading forces, she was soon salvaged by the Germans and put into service with the Kriegsmarine. Under the name Tiger she served out the war as an escort and training vessel, being recovered by the Norwegians in Denmark after the German capitulation in 1945. After the war she was converted to a frigate and served until 1959.

Spektrum Flyers was a short-lived ice hockey team from Oslo, Norway. A merger between Manglerud Star and Furuset, it played the 1994–95 and 1995–96 seasons in Eliteserien, the premier ice hockey league in Norway, with home games at Oslo Spektrum. The team relocated to Bergen after two seasons.

Njål Ølnes is a Norwegian jazz musician, composer and jazz educator currently residing in Nesodden.

Trygve Thue Norwegian musician

Trygve Thue is a Norwegian guitarist and music producer, and an original member of the Norwegian Saft (band). He is the brother of the folk singer Ove Thue.
