The Towers of Channelside are a residential complex in Tampa, Florida. The two Towers are 327 ft (100m) tall and have 30 floors. They were constructed from 2005 to 2007 and are 11th tallest buildings in Tampa. Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects designed the buildings, which have 125 units.
The Towers condo association has been having ongoing issues with a bar built at the lowest level of one of the towers, following complaints from residents about noise and claims that the bar is functioning as a night club. [1]

The Trump International Hotel and Tower is a skyscraper condo-hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The building, named for Donald Trump, was designed by architect Adrian Smith of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Bovis Lend Lease built the 98-story structure, which reaches a height of 1,388 feet (423.2 m) including its spire, its roof topping out at 1,171 feet (357 m). It is next to the main branch of the Chicago River, with a view of the entry to Lake Michigan beyond a series of bridges over the river. The building received publicity when the winner of the first season of The Apprentice reality television show, Bill Rancic, chose to manage the construction of the tower over managing a Rancho Palos Verdes and "Trump National Golf Course & Resort" in Los Angeles.
The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, also known as the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, is a 70-story, 781 feet (238 m) skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. Located in Downtown Miami's Brickell Financial District, it is the second tallest building in Miami as well as in Florida. The tower contains a Four Seasons Hotel property, office space and several residential condominium units on the upper floors.
One King West Hotel & Residence is a condo hotel located at 1 King Street West in the financial district of Toronto, Ontario. It was completed in 2006 after a new tower was attached to the side of the heritage Dominion Bank Building (1914), itself an early 13-storey skyscraper. Four additional floors were also added on top of the heritage building. The site for One King West also included the neighbouring Michie & Co. Grocers & Wine Merchant at 7 King Street West which was demolished in 2001 to accommodate the residential tower.
The Faros del Panamá is a skyscraper complex currently cancelled in Panama City, Panama. The complex, designed by Chapman Taylor, includes Torre Central, an 84 floor building with a planned height of 346 metres. Like its name states, Torre Central is in the middle of Faros de Panamá's three tower complex. Torre Central will be the tallest of the three, rising from a common podium with the other two towers. The two smaller towers, rising on either side of Torre Central will be similar in design. They are named, very simply, Torre Oeste on the west and Torre Este on the east. Despite being small compared to Torre Central, the East and West Tower will still be 290 m tall and have 73 floors. The name of the complex, Faros del Panamá, translates into English as Lighthouses of Panama.
Trump Tower Tampa was the name of an unfinished condominium project located in downtown Tampa, Florida, which was planned to be the tallest building in the city. Developed in a partnership between Donald Trump and SIMDAG, a Tampa-based development company, construction of the towers was never started due to the economic collapse of the real estate market. Located at the northwest corner of West Brorein St. and South Ashley Avenue, the building would have been visible from the end of Bayshore Boulevard and Tampa General Hospital on the Hillsborough River waterline.
100 North Tampa, formerly known as the Regions Building and the AmSouth Building, is a skyscraper in Tampa, Florida, USA. Rising to a height of 579 feet (176 m) and 42 floors in Downtown Tampa, the structure currently stands as the tallest building in Tampa and the twenty-sixth-tallest building in Florida. 100 North Tampa was designed by the HKS, Inc. architectural firm, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The building, an example of postmodern architecture, holds offices for Regions Bank, the American International Group, Yara, North America, KPMG, and law firm Holland & Knight.
BMO Harris Bank Plaza is a 252 ft (77m) tall high rise in Tampa, Florida. The building has 21 floors, of which the first three are a parking garage. In February 2016 it was purchased by Angelo Gordon & Co. for 42 million dollars. It is the 29th tallest building in Tampa.
The Franklin Exchange Building is a 280 ft (85m) high rise in Tampa, Florida. It was completed in 1966 and has 22 floors. At the time of its completion, it was the tallest building in Tampa. It is now the 14th tallest. It is at 655 North Franklin Street. It was renovated in 2013. The complex includes the tower, annex, and vault.
Truist Place, formerly SunTrust Financial Centre, is a 525 ft (160 m) skyscraper in Tampa, Florida. It was completed in 1992 and has 36 floors. Cooper Carry designed the building, which is the 4th tallest in Tampa. It was designed to take a 110 miles per hour (180 km/h) wind load.
The Tour des Canadiens is a condominium skyscraper complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is situated next to the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal, at Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal and Rue de la Montagne, and is named for the Montreal Canadiens hockey team, which is a part-owner of the project.

The luxury condominium is named "flatiron" due to the triangular lot it is built on, similar to the Flatiron Building in New York City. The 736-foot-high tower is currently the tallest condominium south of New York City.
1000M is a skyscraper under construction in the Historic Michigan Boulevard District portion of Michigan Avenue in the Chicago Loop. Designed by Helmut Jahn, it will be a 74-story, 832-foot (253.6 m) tall residential condominium tower located at 1000 South Michigan Avenue. The 323-unit building will include one to four bedroom luxury condominiums. Construction on 1000M officially began in December 2019 and was originally expected to finish in mid-to-late 2022.
