Trynosy [trɨˈnɔsɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wąsewo, within Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. [1] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-west of Ostrów Mazowiecka and 91 km (57 mi) north-east of Warsaw.

The only other town in the county is Brok, lying 12 km (7 mi) south of Ostrów Mazowiecka.
