University of Perpetual Help System JONELTA – Isabela Campus or simply Perpetual Isabela, is the youngest satellite of the university system with University of Perpetual Help System. It aims to provide the northern part of the Philippines an avenue to bring out and nurture the seeds of excellence through Perpetualite education.
