State Route 81 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Utah. It is a short connector road, only 2.475 miles (3.983 km) long, that connects SR-30 with the town of Fielding in Box Elder County.
The route starts at its intersection with SR-30 south of Fielding in Box Elder County, Utah. It starts out travelling west, then meanders northwest for approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) before turning north as 4000 West and continuing until its terminus at Main Street in the center of Fielding. [1] [2]
The route was established in 1935 by the Utah state legislature from US-91/SR-1 east to Fielding and south to SR-154. In 1969, the section from US-91 east to Fielding was cancelled, and SR-82 replaced the section of SR-154 at the south end. There have been no changes since.

U.S. Route 91 or U.S. Highway 91 is a 172.7-mile-long (277.9 km) north–south United States highway running from Brigham City, Utah, to Idaho Falls, Idaho, in the U.S. states of Idaho and Utah. Despite the "1" as the last digit in the number, US 91 is no longer a cross-country artery, as it has mostly been replaced by Interstate 15. The highway currently serves to connect the communities of the Cache Valley to I-15 and beyond. Prior to the mid-1970s, US 91 was an international commerce route from Long Beach, California, to the Canada–US border north of Sweetgrass, Montana. US 91 was routed on the main streets of most of the communities it served, including Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas and State Street in Salt Lake City. From Los Angeles to Salt Lake, the route was built along the corridor of the Arrowhead Trail. A portion of the highway's former route in California is currently State Route 91.
State Route 91 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. The state highway runs 55.12 miles (88.71 km) from the Tennessee state line near Damascus, where the highway continues as Tennessee State Route 91, north to U.S. Route 19 Business and US 460 Business at Frog Level. SR 91 connects Damascus in southeastern Washington County with the northeastern county town Glade Spring, where the highway has junctions with US 11 and Interstate 81 (I-81). The state highway also indirectly connects Saltville in northwestern Smyth County and Tazewell, the county seat of Tazewell County. SR 91 is the only primary state highway in Virginia with an unpaved section; this gravel section is in southern Tazewell County.
State Route 69 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. Known as Lead Mine Road, the state highway runs 3.59 miles (5.78 km) from SR 636 in Austinville east to U.S. Route 52 in Poplar Camp. SR 69 is the last remnant of a much longer route. At its peak from 1940 to 1945, this route ran from State Route 91 at Lodi east via St. Clair Bottom, Sugar Grove, Cedar Springs, Speedwell, Porters Crossroads, and Austinville to today's SR 69. However, it was never fully continuous; portions from Sugar Grove to Cedar Springs and west of Porters Crossroads to east of Austinville were secondary routes. The full length of this route as it existed and was planned is now part of SR 762, part of SR 660, all of SR 650, part of SR 16, all of SR 614, part of SR 749, part of US 21, part of SR 690, a small piece of SR 642, part of SR 619, part of SR 636, and SR 69.
State Route 154 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. The state highway runs 1.92 miles (3.09 km) over two sections within the independent city of Covington. SR 154's 1.31-mile (2.11 km) southern section connects Interstate 64 (I-64) with Locust Street. The 0.61-mile (0.98 km) northern segment connects Lexington Avenue with U.S. Route 60 and US 220.
State Route 8 (SR-8) is a short east-west state highway in the southwestern portion of the U.S. state of Utah, running entirely within the west side of the city of St. George. The route connects SR-18 to Dixie Downs Road via Sunset Boulevard in a span of 1.3 miles (2.09 km). Prior to 1999, SR-8 extended north to Snow Canyon State Park. However, the route was truncated to its current point that year.
State Route 42 (SR-42) is a 7.390-mile-long (11.893 km) state highway completely within Box Elder County in the U.S. state of Utah. It connects SR-30 to former SH-81 at the Idaho state line. The highway was formerly part of U.S. Route 30S (US-30S), prior to being bypassed and replaced with what is now signed as Interstate 84 (I-84).
State Route 13 (SR-13) is a state highway in northern Utah, running 32.841 miles (52.852 km) parallel to I-15 in Box Elder County from Brigham City to Riverside. Most of SR-13 is a former routing of U.S. Route 191.
State Route 271 (SR-271) is a state highway within Iron County in the southwestern portion of the US state of Utah that connects Parowan and SR-274 to Paragonah and I-15. The route spans 5.65 miles (9.09 km) south–north and roughly parallels I-15. State Route 271 was designated in 1978.
State Route 30 (SR-30) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Utah. It is the only highway signed as a Utah state route to traverse the entire width of the state. Legislatively the highway exists as 3 separate segments. With implied connections via Interstate 84 and U.S. Route 89, the highway is drivable as a continuous route from Nevada to Wyoming. The western segment is a historic corridor paralleling the pre-Lucin Cutoff routing of the First transcontinental railroad. A portion of the eastern segment has been designated the Bear Lake Scenic Byway as part of the Utah Scenic Byways program. The route was created in 1966 by combining several state highways into a single designation.
State Route 151 (SR-151), sometimes known as the South Jordan Parkway, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Utah connecting SR-154 in South Jordan to Interstate 15 (I-15) in Sandy. The route spans 4.24 miles (6.82 km) in southern Salt Lake County.
