Mississippi Valley Airlines (IATA--XV), was a regional air carrier serving the Upper Midwestern region of the United States. It was founded as Gateway Aviation, and had its headquarters in La Crosse, Wisconsin. It began scheduled flight operations on July 22, 1968 between La Crosse Municipal Airport and both Chicago and Milwaukee. The carrier changed its name to Mississippi Valley Airways in October 1969. It became Mississippi Valley Airlines (MVA) and moved its headquarters to Quad City Airport in Moline, Illinois in January 1982. The airline merged into Air Wisconsin in 1985.

State Trunk Highway 157 is a short state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It runs east on Main Street from Highway 35 in downtown Onalaska to the U.S. Highway 53 freeway. There it turns south, running concurrent with US 53 to the Interstate 90 interchange. US 53 leaves Highway 157 to head west on I-90, but Highway 157 continues southeast to Highway 16 at the Valley View Mall.
