The Vandenberg Village Community Services District is a local governmental agency in Vandenberg Village, California. Vandenberg Village is an unincorporated community in Santa Barbara County north of Lompoc, near Vandenberg Air Force Base. When Vandenberg Village was built in the 1960s and 1970s, most of the residents worked on the base. Today, their employers can be found throughout the central coast.

Vandenberg Village Community Services District provides water and wastewater services to the community. It is governed by California Government Code Section 61000, et. seq. The district was established by the Vandenberg Village Association in 1983 as a local government agency. After approval by the Santa Barbara County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO), the voters approved the District formation by a 1673 to 253 vote. $5.4 million in revenue bonds were approved by the voters in two separate bond measures in order to purchase the water and wastewater facilities of the private utility providing services to the area.
The District is governed by a board of five directors elected every four years in a general election.

The Oxnard Plain is a large coastal plain in southwest Ventura County, California, United States surrounded by the mountains of the Transverse ranges. The Orange County Water District (OCWD) is a California special district that manages the groundwater basin beneath central and northern Orange County, California. The groundwater basin provides a water supply to 19 municipal water agencies and special districts that serve more than 2.4 million Orange County residents. The Orange County Water District's service area covers approximately 350 square miles and the District owns approximately 1,600 acres in and near the Santa Ana River, which it uses to capture water flows for groundwater recharge. Additionally, OCWD owns approximately 2,150 acres of land above the Prado Dam in the Prado Reservoir and uses that land for water conservation, water storage and water quality improvements. OCWD's administrative offices and the Groundwater Replenishment System (GWRS) facilities are located in Fountain Valley, while OCWD operates various groundwater recharge facilities located in Anaheim and Orange.
Lompoc Valley Medical Center(formerly Lompoc Healthcare District) is a community created, government entity authorized by California state law to deliver healthcare services to the residents of the Lompoc Valley. The District is a political agency and receives operating property taxes annually based upon the assessed value of taxable real property located within the District.
