Victimized is the debut album by Chilean thrash metal/death metal band Criminal, released in 1994. Previously the band had recorded two demos. It has sold 1000 copies in Chile, and was distributed in other countries like Mexico, Argentina and Japan. Some music videos from songs from this album were broadcast on MTV Latin America.

Within Temptation is a Dutch symphonic metal band founded in April 1996 by vocalist Sharon den Adel and guitarist Robert Westerholt. They have been classified by critics as gothic metal and symphonic metal, although each album contains other influences outside these genres. Their most prominent and well-known sound is described as symphonic metal, although their earlier material, such as debut album Enter, was mostly gothic metal, with Enter also having a hint of doom metal. In an interview, den Adel said they fell into a symphonic rock genre with various influences. In a later interview with Dutch music platform 3VOOR12, den Adel stated that "We consider ourselves more an atmospheric melodic symphonic metal/rock band... Timo Tolkki Finnish musician (born 1966)

Timo Tapio Tolkki is a Finnish musician best known as the former guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer of the power metal band Stratovarius. With his tenure lasting for more than twenty years, he was the longest standing member of the band before his departure in 2008. After leaving Stratovarius he formed two supergroups named Revolution Renaissance and Symfonia, both of which have since disbanded. In a 2011 article by Guitar World magazine, Tolkki was included in the all-time top 50 list of the world's fastest guitarists.

Carcass (band) British extreme metal band

Carcass are an English extreme metal band from Liverpool that was formed in 1986. The band have gone through several line-up changes, leaving guitarist Bill Steer and bassist and vocalist Jeff Walker as the only constant members. They broke up in 1996, but reformed in 2007 without one of its original members, drummer Ken Owen, due to health reasons. To date, the band have released seven studio albums, two compilation albums, four EPs, two demo albums, one video album, and six music videos.

Their current line-up consists of vocalist and guitarist Michael Poulsen, guitarist Rob Caggiano, drummer Jon Larsen and bassist Kaspar Boye Larsen. The band is signed to Dutch label Mascot Records and has released seven studio albums and one DVD. All of their studio albums have been certified gold in Denmark. Criminal (band)

Criminal is a Chilean thrash/death metal band which formed in late 1991 in Santiago by Anton Reisenegger and Rodrigo Contreras. Later they were joined by J.J. Vallejo on drums and Juan Francisco Cueto as bassist, completing the original lineup. The band incorporates elements of thrash metal, death metal, groove metal and hardcore. They later moved to Colchester, England.

Dead Soul is the second studio album by Chilean thrash metal/death metal band Criminal. It was released in 1997 by the band's own Inferno Records and produced by Vincent Wojnar who had worked with bands such as Kreator and Machine Head. The album was released in Santiago de Chile and presented in a concert supporting Napalm Death. Mitch Harris from Napalm Death came to the stage to play "Demoniac Possession" Pentagram with Criminal. The promotional tour included countries such as Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela and Colombia, where the band performed at the "Rock the Park" festival in front of 50,000 people. Music videos "Collide", "Victimized" and "Slave Masters" were broadcast on major television channels.

They were part of the first wave of extreme metal in the mid 1980s, along with bands like Possessed, Celtic Frost, Sepultura and others. Dan Biggin, more commonly known professionally as Danny B is a guitarist and bassist performing with Chilean thrash band Criminal, Chilean death metal band Pentagram Chile and also involved in his own side projects Takoma Star and Flight 19 to name a few.
