A small farming village situated by the banks of the Yères river in the Pays de Bray, some 22 miles (35 km) southeast of Dieppe at the junction of the D16, D24 and the D82 roads.

The Communauté de communes de Blangy-sur-Bresle is a former communauté de communes in the Seine-Maritime département and also in the Somme département of France. It was created in December 2001. On 18 January 2007, 5 communes of the Somme, joined the Communauté. They were followed by 4 more communes from Somme in 2009. It was merged into the new Communauté de communes interrégionale Aumale - Blangy-sur-Bresle in January 2017.

The Canton of Blangy-sur-Bresle is a former canton situated in the Seine-Maritime département and in the Haute-Normandie region of northern France. It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. It consisted of 19 communes, which joined the canton of Eu in 2015. It had a total of 10,681 inhabitants (2012).
