Vladislav Novikov (born 10 November 1993 [1] in Toksovo, Russia [2] ) is an alpine skier from Russia. He competed for Russia at the 2014 Winter Olympics in the alpine skiing events.
Alpine skiing at the 2002 Winter Olympics consisted of ten events held 10–23 February in the United States near Salt Lake City, Utah. The downhill, super-G, and combined events were held at Snowbasin, the giant slaloms at Park City, and the slaloms at adjacent Deer Valley.

The Chugach National Forest is a 6,908,540-acre (27,958 km2) United States National Forest in south central Alaska. The Rosa Khutor Alpine Resort is an alpine ski resort in Krasnodar Krai, Russia, located at the Aibga Ridge of the Western Caucasus along the Roza Khutor plateau near Krasnaya Polyana. Constructed from 2003 to 2011, it hosted the alpine skiing events for the 2014 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, based in nearby Sochi. The resort is 50 kilometers (30 mi) east of the Black Sea at Sochi; the majority of the slopes at Rosa Khutor face northeast, with the backside slopes facing southwest.

He was awarded the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" by the Russian President, Vladimir Putin in 2014 for his outstanding performance at the 2014 Winter Paralympics. Valerii Redkozubov was also awarded the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" in March 2018 by Vladimir Putin after his impressive Paralympic record during the 2018 Winter Paralympics.
