Wakayanagi Station (若柳駅, Wakayanagi-eki) was a station located on the Kurihara Den'en Railway Company Kurihara Den'en Railway Line in Kurihara, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
Located on the north side of what was formerly Wakayanagi Town, there is a bank and a small commercial district on the south side of the station. Prefectural Road 4 and Highway 398 also lie to the south, as does the Hasama River.

Wakayanagi was a town located in Kurihara District, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
Kurihara is a city located in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. As of 31 May 2017, the city had an estimated population of 69,925, and a population density of 86.8 persons per km² in 24,894 households. The total area of the city is 804.97 square kilometres (310.80 sq mi). Parts of the city are within the borders of the Kurikoma Quasi-National Park.
Kurihara District was a district in Japan belonging to Mutsu Province. Established in the 8th century as Korehari or Koreharu District (伊治郡) and abolished in 2005, the territory is identical to the city of Kurihara today.
The Kurihara Den'en Railway Line was a rural rail line in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, abandoned on March 31, 2007. Running from Ishikoshi Station in Tome, Miyagi with a connection to the Tōhoku Main Line, extending westward to inland Hosokura Mine Park Mae Station in Kurihara, along central Kurihara. This line used to be called for short Kuriden because the preceding name of the operator was the Kurihara Electric Railway.
