Bushwood is a hamlet in Warwickshire, located three miles north of Henley in Arden and a mile west of the M40 motorway. There is no village centre as such because all the buildings in the hamlet are spread out so widely. It is named after the wood, Bush Wood, that runs through the centre of the area. St. Mary's was the site of a planned village within early Victoria County, in the Canadian province of Ontario. The site was laid aside in the surveying of the county in the 1830s, but was later found to be unusable when limestone was discovered two inches below the ground. Today its site marks one end of a man-made canal between Balsam Lake and Lake Simcoe, part of the Trent-Severn Waterway.

The Shirley Englehorn Invitational was a women's professional golf tournament in Idaho for three seasons on the LPGA Tour. It was played from 1966 to 1968, at the Purple Sage Golf Course, north of Caldwell. Tour player Shirley Englehorn, a Caldwell native, hosted the tournament and won in 1967 in a playoff. Purple Sage was one of the final designs of A.V. Macan.
The Interagency Training Center (ITC), also known as the Fort Washington Facility, is a National Security Agency (NSA) Central Security Service (CSS) school and training facility for technical surveillance counter-measures (TSCM) located in Fort Washington, Maryland. The U.S. government requires that all TSCM technicians be certified at the ITC. The facility previously housed the Department of Defense's Office of Special Technology, which managed technology development and acquisition programs such as the Technical Support Working Group. The site is administered by the U.S. Navy.
