Yancheng District (Chinese :鹽埕區; pinyin :Yánchéng Qū; Wade–Giles :Yen²-chʻêng² Chʻü¹) is a district in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. It is the smallest district in Kaohsiung City. It has been the least populous district of Kaohsiung since 2004. Yancheng District is also an old town of Kaohsiung.
The district consists of Lanqiao, Ciai, Boai, Shouxing, Zhongshan, Jiaoren, Xinle, Zhongyuan, Guangming, Yuren, Hebin, Shade, Nanduan, Gangdou, Jiangxi, Xinfeng, Fubei, Liuqiao, Lainan, Xinhua and Jiangnan Village.
The representative for Yancheng on the city council is Lee Chiao-Ju.
The district is accessible from Yanchengpu Station of the Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit. Five stations of the Circular light rail, Love Pier, Dayi Pier-2, Penglai Pier-2, Shoushan Park, and Wenwu Temple, serve the district.

It has a area of 71.04 square kilometers, or 27.4287 square miles, giving it a population density of 1,569 people per square kilometer, or 4,064 people per square mile. It is linked with Downtown Kaohsiung by the Orange Line of the Kaohsiung Metro.
Cijin District is a district of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, covering Cijin Island (旗津島) and islands in the South China Sea. It is the second smallest district in Kaohsiung City after Yancheng District, with a area of 1.4639 square kilometers, or 0.5652 square miles. It has a population of 26,956 as of May 2022, making it the 26th most populated district in Kaohsiung, with a population density of 18,414 people per square kilometer, or 47,692 people per square mile.

Fo Guang Shan is one of largest tourist attractions in Dashu District. It is also the base of E-Da World, a new lifestyle destination that encompasses the upscale Crowne Plaza Kaohsiung E-Da World hotel, the E-Da Skylark hotel, the E-DA Theme Park, the E-Da Mall, E-Da City (Real Estate Development) and I-Shou University.

Kaohsiung City's legislative districts consist of 8 single-member constituencies, each represented by a member of the Republic of China Legislative Yuan. From the 2020 election onwards, the number of Kaohsiung's seats was decreased from 9 to 8. This mandatory redistricting eliminated Kaohsiung City Constituency 9, and separated the previous Kaohsiung City Constituency 5 into three parts: West Sanmin to the new Kaohsiung City Constituency 5, Gushan and Yancheng to the new Kaohsiung City Constituency 6, and Cijin to the new Kaohsiung City Constituency 8.
