YOHO Town (Chinese :新時代廣場) is one of the largest private housing estates and shopping centres in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. [1]
YOHO Town is divided into four phases.
Phase 1 "Yoho Town" has 2,200 residential units in eight blocks built in 2004. [2]
Phase 2 "Yoho Midtown" was completed in 2010, and consists of eight residential buildings and a commercial shopping centre, YOHO Mall, opened in September 2015. [3]
Phase 3 "Grand Yoho", was partially completed in June 2017 and consists of clubhouse and a commercial shopping centre YOHO Mall extension opened in July 2017. It is meant to have nine residential blocks, but only seven have been completed. Construction of one part of the development was suspended after the discovery of excessive settlement of two nearby viaduct columns supporting the adjacent West Rail line. [4]
Phase 4 is still under construction.
YOHO Mall consists of three parts: YOHO mall 1, YOHO mall 2 and YOHO mall 1 extension. The total commercial area is about 1.1 million square feet.
Yuen Long is an MTR station in the north-eastern part of Yuen Long Town, New Territories, Hong Kong, on the Tuen Ma line between Kam Sheung Road and Long Ping. It is an interchange between the Tuen Ma line and Yuen Long stop of the Light Rail system.

Tin Wing is an MTR Light Rail stop. It is located at ground level beside Tin Shing Road in Tin Shui Wai Town Centre, Yuen Long District. It began service on 26 March 1995 and belongs to Zone 4.
Royal Ascot is a private residential development in Fo Tan, Sha Tin District, Hong Kong, located above the MTR Ho Tung Lau railway depot. Sun Yuen Long Centre is a private housing estate and shopping centre in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong, above Light Rail Yuen Long stop and next to MTR West Rail line Yuen Long station. Starting on 1 September 2015, it become Yoho Mall II when at the same time opened a new shopping mall on the opposite called YOHO MALL I along Castle Peak Road.
