You Got Served: Music from the Motion Picture is the soundtrack to the 2004 film, You Got Served . It was released on December 23, 2003 through Epic Records and mostly consisted of songs performed by B2K, but various other artists also appeared on the soundtrack. The soundtrack was a decent success, making it to 34 on the Billboard 200, 7 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and 2 on the Top Soundtracks. One single made it to the Billboard charts, "Badaboom" performed by B2K and Fabolous made it to 59 on the Billboard Hot 100. This is the last album B2K made together before their break up in 2004 and before coming back in 2018.

B2K was an American boy band that was active from 2000 to 2004, and again from 2019 to 2020. In 1998, the group was formed by dance choreographer Dave Scott and Interscope A&R Keshia Gamble. The members consisted of Lil' Fizz, J-Boog, Raz-B, and Omarion. They released their self-titled debut album on March 12, 2002. The album peaked at number two on the Billboard 200 and number one on the U.S. Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

Omari Ishmael Grandberry, better known by his stage name Omarion, is an American R&B singer, actor, and dancer, best known as the lead singer of the boy band B2K. The group achieved success in the early 2000s with singles such as "Bump, Bump, Bump", "Uh Huh", and "Girlfriend", which all reached success on the Billboard Hot 100. John David Jackson, better known by his stage name Fabolous, is an American rapper. He first gained recognition while still a senior in high school, when he performed live on American music executive DJ Clue's radio show, then on Hot 97. Jackson subsequently signed to DJ Clue's Desert Storm imprint, and later secured a distribution deal with Elektra Records. Jackson gained prominence with his first release, Ghetto Fabolous (2001), which spawned the hit singles "Can't Deny It" and "Young'n ". His second release was 2003's Street Dreams, which was supported by two US top 10 singles, "Can't Let You Go" and "Into You".
