Yujiapu Financial District (simplified Chinese :于家堡金融区; traditional Chinese :于家堡金融區; pinyin :Yújiāpù Jīnróng Qū; also Yujiabao) is a central business district currently under construction in the Binhai New Area of Tianjin. The area is envisioned as a potential center for world trade and finance. The district is being developed with a total investment of about 200 billion yuan, and is located on the Hai River North Shore, along with the Xiangluowan Business District and Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA). Also, the Yujiapu Financial District is an APEC low-carbon demonstration town. The district was expected to open in June 2014, but has suffered from a construction slowdown. The district is modeled after New York City's Manhattan. Around 2016, property buyers started moving into the district.
Yujiapu is a peninsula located in the core area of the Tianjin Binhai New Area; it covers the entire block east, west and south facing the Hai River, an area totaling 3.86 square kilometers (1.49 sq mi). The area is located 40 kilometers (25 mi) from the Tianjin city center and 150 kilometers (93 mi) from Beijing. The site is 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) from the core district of the Tianjin Binhai New Area (TBNA), with the southern tip of the site only a 10-minute drive from the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA). From the air, the whole Yujiapu region is shaped like a "pocketbook", is the upper hand in Sheung Shui land. It is already under construction on the west side of Xiangluowan business district, south of the future will be planning the construction of ecological residential area, east of the island shaped like a whale. To the west there is the Hai Kaiqi Bridge, with the Yongtai Rd traveling east–west in the north, and Sanhuai Rd traversing the peninsula from the north to the south.
As of 2015 [update] , of the nearly 41 projects that can be seen in Xiangluo Bay, nearly 22 buildings are still in an unfinished state. There are a number of substantial buildings under construction on the peninsula,[ citation needed ] including:

The Tianjin Metro or Tianjin Rail Transit is the rapid transit system in the city of Tianjin, which was the second city in mainland China after Beijing to operate a subway system. Opened in 1984, the system has 6 operating lines and 159 stations spanning 233.2 km (144.9 mi).
Langfang, is a prefecture-level city of Hebei Province, which was known as Tianjin Prefecture until 1973. It was renamed Langfang Prefecture after Tianjin became a municipality and finally upgraded into a prefecture-level city in 1988. Langfang is located approximately midway between Beijing and Tianjin. At the 2010 census, the population of Langfang was 4,358,839, of whom 868,066 lived in the built-up area made of Guangyang and Anci districts; its total area is around 6,417.28 km2 (2,477.73 sq mi). Langfang borders Baoding to the southwest, Cangzhou to the south, Beijing to the north and Tianjin to the east. Sanhe City and Dachang Hui County are now conurbated with Beijing, so that they form part of the same built-up area. Langfang is the smallest prefecture-level city of Hebei Province by land area.
Renqiu is a county-level city in Hebei province, China. It is located 79 kilometres (49 mi) northwest of the prefecture-level city of Cangzhou, which administers it, and 104 kilometres (65 mi) southwest of Tianjin. It is the location of North China Oil Field.
The Beijing–Tianjin intercity railway is a Chinese high-speed railway that runs 117 km line between Beijing and Tianjin. Designed for passenger traffic only, the Chinese government built the line to accommodate trains traveling at a maximum speed of 350 km/h (217 mph), and currently carries CRH high-speed trains running speeds up to 350 km/h (217 mph) since August 2018.
Lujiazui, formerly known as Lokatse from its pronunciation in Shanghainese, is a locality in Shanghai, a peninsula formed by a bend in the Huangpu River. Since the early 1990s, Lujiazui has been developed specifically as a new financial district of Shanghai. The decision to earmark Lujiazui for this purpose reflects its location: it is located on the east side of the Huangpu River in Pudong, and sits directly across the river from the old financial and business district of the Bund.
Suparna Airlines, known in Chinese as Jinpeng, is an airline based in China. It was formerly known as Yangtze River Express and later Yangtze River Airlines after launching passenger services. The company's headquarters are in "Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Tower" in Pudong, Shanghai.
Tanggu District was a district in the Tianjin municipality, now part of the Binhai New Area. It is on the Hai River where it enters the Bohai Sea, and is a port for Tianjin, which is about 48 km (30 mi) upriver. The Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area is within the city limits and oversees the construction of a bridge.
Transport in Tianjin consists of an extensive network of roads and railways and a major airport. Bicycle is a major means of transport in daily use of the city.
Tianhe District is one of the eleven districts of Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province. In Chinese, the name Tianhe literally means "a river in the sky/heavens", which is also a Chinese name for the Milky Way. It is bordered by Yuexiu District on the west, Baiyun District on the north and Huangpu District on the east. Haizhu District is on its south, though they are separated by the Pearl River.
The city of Xinmin is a county-level city of Liaoning Province, Northeast China, it is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Shenyang. It contains the westernmost point of and is by far the most spacious of the county-level divisions of Shenyang City. Xinmin borders Faku County to the northeast, Shenbei New Area and Yuhong District to the east, Tiexi District to the southeast, and Liaozhong County to the south; it also borders the prefecture-level cities of Jinzhou to the west and Fuxin to the northwest.

TEDA Modern Guided Rail Tram is a Translohr Light Rail line in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA). It is a modern, high speed rubber-tyred tram line, both first in China & Asia. The line is considered as part of the Tianjin Metro system. It is run by Tianjin Binhai Mass Transit Development Co., Ltd, which becomes a subsidiary of Tianjin Rail Transit Group Corporation since 2017.
The Tianjin Tower, or Jin Tower, or Tianjin World Financial Center is a modern supertall skyscraper located in the Heping District of Tianjin, China, on the banks of the Hai River. The mixed-use tower is 336.9 meters (1,105 ft) tall and contains 74 floors above ground and 4 below, with an observation deck at 305.2 meters (1,001 ft). The area of the glass unitized curtain wall, manufactured by Jangho Group, is 215,000m². It is notable as the first office building in Tianjin to be equipped with double decker elevators.
Hangu District, is a former district in eastern Tianjin, China; now part of Binhai New Area. It serves as a gateway towards Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces.
Line 9 is a rapid transit line of the Tianjin Metro. It spans 52.8 km with 21 stations, connecting the urban area of Tianjin with Binhai New Area, a new area within the jurisdiction of Tianjin Municipality. The one-way journey time is approximately one hour.
Binhai railway station, formerly Yujiapu railway station, is an underground railway station of Beijing–Tianjin intercity railway located in Binhai, Tianjin, People's Republic of China. It serves the Yujiapu Financial District, an area with many new skyscrapers. It is considered one of the four main rail transportation hubs for Tianjin with Tianjin, Tianjin West and Binhai West railway station. Construction was completed on August 8, 2015 and it was opened to traffic on September 20, 2015. It is to be served by the Tianjin Metro lines Z1, B2, and B3. The name of station was changed from Yujiapu to Binhai on January 5, 2019.
Tianjin Free-Trade Zone, officially China (Tianjin) Pilot Free-Trade Zone is a free-trade zone in Tianjin, China. It is the only free-trade zone in North China. The zone covers three areas — Tianjin Airport Economic Area, Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone and Binhai New Area Central Business District.
Binhaixi railway station, formerly known as Binhai railway station, is a railway station on the Tianjin–Qinhuangdao High-Speed Railway and is the largest located within the Binhai New Area, Tianjin, China. It is one of four major rail hubs in Tianjin, with Tianjin, Tianjin West and Binhai railway stations. The name of station has renamed from Binhai to Binhai West in 5 January 2019.
