The Four Hitokiri of the Bakumatsu was a term given to four samurai during the Bakumatsu era in Japanese history. The four men were Kawakami Gensai, Kirino Toshiaki, Tanaka Shinbei, and Okada Izō. They opposed the Tokugawa shogunate. These four samurai were warrior elite and widely considered undefeatable by normal people. The word hitokiri literally means "manslayer" or "man cutter," as the kanji 人 means person, while 斬 can alternatively mean slay or cut.

Space Chief. and the Planet Prince TV series (1958) Kawauchi followed-up the success of Moonlight Mask with the tokusatsu superhero shows Seven Color Mask (1959) and Messenger of Allah (1960), both starring a young Sonny Chiba.
Ichigo Kurosaki is a fictional character in the Bleach manga series and its adaptations created by Tite Kubo. He is the main protagonist of the series, who receives Soul Reaper powers after befriending Rukia Kuchiki, the Soul Reaper assigned to patrol around the fictional city of Karakura Town. These powers come at the cost of Rukia's own, and as a result, Ichigo concedes to work as Rukia's stand-in, fighting to protect people from evil spirits called Hollows and sending good spirits, wholes, to a dimension known as the Soul Society. In addition to the manga series, Ichigo appears in many other pieces of Bleach media, including the anime series, the four featured films, the two original video animations, rock musicals, several video games, light novels and the 2018 live-action film.

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 is a platform video game developed and published by Inti Creates. It was released for Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on July 10, 2020. It is the sequel to Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon and a spin-off of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. The game's graphics and gameplay are done in an 8-bit retro style meant to mimic the early Castlevania games. The game received largely positive reviews from critics praising the game's visuals and gameplay.
