Zara Trade Center, commonly known as Zara Towers is an 85 metres (279 ft) and 89 metres (292 ft) tall commercial twin tower complex, [2] located in Amman, Jordan. The towers feature conference rooms, offices, cinemas, a shopping mall and exhibition halls. The two towers are connected by a pedestrian bridge.
The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers and colloquially the KLCC Twin Towers, are an interlinked pair of 88-story supertall skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, standing at 451.9 metres. From 1998 to 2004, they were officially designated as the tallest buildings in the world until they were surpassed by the completion of Taipei 101. The Petronas Towers are the world's tallest twin skyscrapers and remained the tallest buildings in Malaysia until 2019, when they were surpassed by The Exchange 106. The Petronas Towers are a major landmark of Kuala Lumpur, along with the nearby Kuala Lumpur Tower and Merdeka 118, and are visible in many places across the city.
The Raghadan Flagpole is a 126.8-metre (416 ft) tall flagpole located in Amman, Jordan. It was built from steel and erected on the grounds of Raghadan Palace at the royal compound of Al-Maquar. The leader of Jordan, King Abdullah II, officially hoisted the country's flag on the flagpole on 10 June 2003. It is clearly visible across the capital as well as from as far away as 20 kilometres (12 mi). It is illuminated, making it visible at night, and it was also developed to withstand earthquakes and bad weather.
The Torre Cepsa is a skyscraper located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area in Madrid, Spain. With a height of 248.3 m (815 ft) and 45 floors, it is the second tallest of the four buildings in the Cuatro Torres Business Area complex, surpassed by Torre de Cristal by less than a metre. It is the second tallest building in Spain and the 5th tallest building in the European Union.

The Nishi-Shinjuku 3-Chōme Redevelopment (西新宿三丁目西地区市街地再開発) is a proposed redevelopment project in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. The proposal includes 235m tall, 65-storey apartment buildings with a total floor area of 385,000 square metres (4,144,106 sq ft), along with retail on the lower floors. If built they will be the tallest purely residential towers in Japan. As of 2024 the development remains in the planning stage, with its expected completion being in 2029
St. Francis Square is a 1.30-hectare (3.2-acre) mixed-use commercial complex located in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Philippines. Groundbreaking and construction of the complex began in 1998 and was completed in 2000. Due to some controversies regarding the St. Francis Square Group of Companies, construction and the finishing of interiors were halted. Construction resumed in 2009 and the building was finished in 2011.
The Torres de Santa Cruz is a residential complex composed of the twin towers located in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. They were designed by Canarian architect Julian Valladares, and were built in the time period between 2004 and 2006.
The Taipei Twin Towers is a supertall skyscraper development in Taipei, Taiwan. Scheduled to be completed in 2027, it will include two skyscrapers, the taller of which is 369 metres with 74 floors and the shorter of which is 289 metres with 55 floors. It is located near Taipei Station, Shin Kong Life Tower, and Taipei Bus Station. When the complex is complete, the taller tower will be the second tallest building in Taiwan, surpassing the 347.5 metres 85 Sky Tower in Kaohsiung, which was completed in 1997. It is estimated to cost NT$60.6 billion.
Emmar Towers are 85-metre-tall (279 ft) commercial towers, located in Amman, Jordan, between 5th and 6th circles. The towers feature conference rooms and 78 offices. They are considered to be one of Amman's landmarks due to their unique architecture.
The World Trade Center, Chennai is a 28-storeyed commercial and residential centre in Chennai, India. Located at Perungudi, it was made operational in March 2020. The centre consists of 170,000 square metres (1,800,000 sq ft) of office space. The complex also includes a conference/exhibition centre. The towers are IGBC LEED Platinum and USGBC LEED Gold certified. The centre is a member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). Tower A of the WTC complex is the tallest commercial establishment in the city.
The Exchange 106, formerly known as the TRXSignature Tower, is a 445.5-meter-tall supertall skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the second-tallest building in Malaysia and the third-tallest building in Southeast Asia. It is also the second largest skyscraper in Malaysia by floor area with 453,885 m2 (4,886,000 sq ft). The tower has a net lettable area of 240,000 square metres. It is also the centerpiece of the new Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) financial district.
Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur, also known as Four Seasons KLCC and FSP KLCC Tower, is a 74-story, 342.5-metre tall (1,124 ft) supertall skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia. It features a 21 m (69 ft) high crown made out of steel at the top of the tower, making the tower reaches the height of 342.5 m (1,124 ft). It is located within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre precinct in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building was developed by Ipoh-born Singapore tycoon, Ong Beng Seng, partnering Tan Sri Syed Yusof Tun Syed Nasir and the Sultan of Selangor under Venus Assets Sdn Bhd. It is currently the sixth tallest building in Malaysia.
