East Java is a province of Indonesia located in the easternmost third of Java island. It has a land border only with the province of Central Java to the west; the Java Sea and the Indian Ocean border its northern and southern coasts, respectively, while the narrow Bali Strait to the east separates Java from Bali by around 2.29 kilometres (1.42 mi). Located in eastern Java, the province also includes the island of Madura, as well as the Kangean islands and other smaller island groups located further east and Masalembu archipelagos in the north. Its capital is Surabaya, the second largest city in Indonesia, a major industrial center and also a major business center. Banyuwangi is the largest regency in East Java and the largest on the island of Java.

Mojokerto is a city in East Java Province, Indonesia. It is located 40 km southwest of Surabaya and constitutes one of the component units of the Surabaya metropolitan area which comprises Gresik Regency, Bangkalan Regency, Mojokerto Regency, Mojokerto City, Surabaya City, Sidoarjo Regency, and Lamongan Regency. The city had a population of 120,196 at the 2010 census and 132,434 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as of mid-2022 was 134,350.
Mojokerto Regency is a regency in East Java Province of Indonesia. It is part of the Surabaya metropolitan area which comprises Gresik Regency, Bangkalan Regency, Mojokerto Regency, Mojokerto City, Surabaya City, Sidoarjo Regency, and Lamongan Regency. The Regency covers an area of 969.36 km2. The population of the Regency was 908,004 in 2000, but had risen to 1,025,443 at the 2010 Census and to 1,119,209 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as of mid-2022 was 1,133,584. Many of them earn their living as small farmers and craftsmen.

Prambanan Express Commuter Line or simply Prambanan Express, commonly abbreviated as Pramex and Prameks, is a commuter rail service that operates between Yogyakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta and Kutoarjo, Purworejo Regency, Central Java in Indonesia. The service, which first operated in 1994, covers a distance of about 64 kilometers and operates using diesel multiple unit trains. It was previously serving Yogyakarta–Solo for 26 years before it was electrified in 2021.

KAI Commuter Line Bandung, officially the Greater Bandung Commuter Line, is a commuter rail service operated by KAI Commuter Region 2 Bandung which serves the Purwakarta – Padalarang – Cicalengka route. This train stops at every station it passes except Andir Station which is still under construction.
