Haryana Archery Association (HAA) (Hindi : हरियाणा तीरंदाजी संघ) is the state governing body of archery in Haryana. It is a non-profit, government funded organisation under the Archery Association of India. HAA is affiliated to Archery Association of India and Haryana Olympic Association. Its current president is Captain Abhimanyu Sindhu.

Archery Association of India

Archery Association of India (AAI) is the national governing body of archery in India. Its headquarters are located in New Delhi, and its current president is B.V.P Rao, AAI is a non-profit, government funded organisation affiliated by International Archery Federation (IAF), Asian Archery Federation (AAF) and Indian Olympic Association (IOA) and recoginsed by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of India.

Handball Federation of India

The Handball Federation of India, Rohtak (HFI) is the administrative and controlling body for handball and beach handball in Republic of India. HFI is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 at Rohtak. HFI is a member of the Asian Handball Federation (AHF) and the International Handball Federation (IHF) since 1974. It is also a member of Commonwealth Handball Association and South Asian Handball Federation. Handball was founded in India by Choudhary Jagat Singh Lohan a Jat from Rohtak (Haryana) who was an alumnus of YMCA College of Physical Education of Madras. He was also the first Secretary General of HFI. In 2010, the federation elections were held under observers from the Sports Ministry as it had given prior intimation to the ministry about its Annual general meeting (AGM) and subsequent elections, this created a precedent for other sports federations in the country. Since 22 December 2013, Dr. M. Ramasubramani and Mr. Anandeshwar Pandey are President and Secretary General of HFI respectively.

Ankita Bhakat is an Indian recurve archer who is currently ranked world number 51 by the World Archery Federation. She is a member of the Indian national recurve team and competes in international events in the women's individual, women's team and the mixed team recurve categories. She competed in the 2017 World Archery Youth Championships held at Rosario, Argentina and won the gold medal in the recurve junior mixed team event with partner Jemson Singh Ningthoujam.
