High Flying Songs of Tang Dynasty, also known as Da Tang Ge Fei, is a Chinese television series based on the romance between the Tang dynasty singer-dancer Xu Hezi (许合子) and her lover Yin Menghe (尹梦荷), as well as a fictitious account of their involvement in the events in the reign of Emperor Xuanzong. Starring Ma Su and Jia Nailiang as the couple, the series was first aired on CCTV-8 in mainland China on 20 September 2003.
Eight Thousand Li of Cloud and Moon is a Taiwanese television series based on the life of Yue Fei, a Song dynasty general widely regarded as a patriot and national hero in Chinese culture for his role in the Jurchen campaigns against the Song dynasty. The Chinese title of the series comes from a line in Man Jiang Hong, a patriotic poem commonly attributed to Yue Fei. The series was first aired on CTS in Taiwan from 21 November 1988 to 13 January 1989.
Consort Mei was an imperial consort of the Chinese dynasty Tang Dynasty during the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang. She was one of Emperor Xuanzong's favorite concubine, often known as Mei fei. Her actual name was Jiang Caipin (江采蘋), originally called Consort Jiang. After being told by her that she greatly favored Plum-Blossom flowers, Emperor Xuanzong began to fondly address her as Consort Mei.

Starring Chen Xiao, Yan Yikuan and Zheng Shuang, the series premiered on February 17, 2016 on Anhui TV.
