Lucie Václavíková (born 20 June 1967) is a former Czech female volleyball player and assistant coach. She was part of the Czechoslovakia women's national volleyball team.

Volleyball is a popular team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964.

She participated at the 1986 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship, and won the bronze medal at the 1987 Women's European Volleyball Championship and the silver medal at the 1993 Women's European Volleyball Championship. She participated in the 1994 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship. [2] On club level she played with Rio Casamia Palermo. After her career she was assistant coach of the Czech national team in 2013, 2014 and 2015. [3]

The 1986 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship was the tenth edition of the tournament, organised by the world's governing body, the FIVB. It was held in Prague, Czechoslovakia from September 2 to September 13, 1986.

The 1987 Women's European Volleyball Championship was the fifteenth edition of the event, organised by Europe's governing volleyball body, the Confédération Européenne de Volleyball. It was hosted in several cities in Belgium from 25 September to 3 October 1987, with the final round held in Ghent.

The 1993 Women's European Volleyball Championship was the 18th edition of the event, organised by Europe's governing volleyball body, the Confédération Européenne de Volleyball. It was hosted in Brno and Zlín, Czech Republic from 24 September to 2 October 1993.
