Rodney Sebastian Clark Donalds, better known by his stage name El Chombo, is a Panamanian reggaeton artist and producer. He is best known for the hit songs "Chacarron Macarron" and "Dame Tu Cosita", which both became Internet memes.

Before releasing an album in the United States in 2008, Flex removed references to his nickname in songs, and his CD packages were reprinted with the name "Flex."
