The Northeastern Huskies men's soccer team represents Northeastern University in NCAA Division I college soccer. The team belongs to the Colonial Athletic Association and plays home games at Parsons Field, a 7,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Brookline, Massachusetts. The facilities include two multipurpose weight and cardio rooms in the Cabot Center and Matthews Arena.
The Huskies are currently led by first-year head coach Jeremy Bonomo. The team has an all-time record 285–383–75 (.382) through the 2023 season. [2] The Huskies have made 2 appearances in the NCAA tournament with a combined record of 2–2, having made the tournament in 2002 and 2012. [3]

The Beanpot is an annual men's and women's ice hockey tournament among the four major US college hockey teams of the Boston, Massachusetts area. The men's tournament is usually held during the first two Mondays in February at TD Garden and the women's tournament rotates hosts between the four schools. The four teams are the Boston University Terriers, Boston College Eagles, Harvard University Crimson, and Northeastern University Huskies. The men's tournament has been held annually since the 1952–53 season and has been held at its current location since 1996, except for 2021 when it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Northeastern is the current men's Beanpot champion, having won the 2024 tournament. The women's tournament began in 1979, and Northeastern is the 2024 champion.
The UConn Huskies are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent the University of Connecticut, located in Storrs. The school is a member of the NCAA's Division I and the Big East Conference. The university's football team plays at Rentschler Field, and the men's and women's basketball teams play on-campus at Harry A. Gampel Pavilion and off-campus at the XL Center.
The North Carolina Tar Heels are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Danielle Ruth Fotopoulos is an American soccer coach and former player. Fotopoulos holds the all-time National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I records for goals and points, and was a member of the University of Florida team that won the 1998 NCAA women's soccer championship, and also the United States national team that won the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup. She was the head coach of the Eckerd women's soccer team until 2022.

The Northeastern Huskies men's ice hockey team is an NCAA Division I college ice hockey program that represents Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. The team has competed in Hockey East since 1984 and has won three tournament titles, having previously played in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), where they won one tournament championship. The Huskies play home games at the 4,666-seat Matthews Arena, the world's oldest hockey arena still in use. Jerry Keefe assumed the head coach role in 2021 after longtime coach Jim Madigan moved to athletic director.
