The 18th Multi-member Constituency – Razgrad is a constituency whose borders are the same as Razgrad Province in Bulgaria.
Razgrad Province is a province in Northeastern Bulgaria, geographically part of the Ludogorie region. It is named after its administrative and industrial centre - the town of Razgrad. As of December 2009, the Province has a total population of 132,740 inhabitants on a territory of 2,639.7 km² that is divided into 7 municipalities.
Bulgaria, officially the Republic of Bulgaria, is a country in Southeast Europe. It is bordered by Romania to the north, Serbia and North Macedonia to the west, Greece and Turkey to the south, and the Black Sea to the east. In the 2009 Bulgarian parliamentary election the 18th Multi-member Constituency – Razgrad elected 5 members to the Bulgarian National Assembly: 4 of which were by proportionality vote and 1 was by first-past-the-post voting.
The National Assembly is the unicameral parliament and legislative body of the Republic of Bulgaria.
