The Southern New England Soccer League was a semi-professional soccer league based in New England which was established in 1914 and collapsed in 1921. During its short existence, it featured some of the top teams in the northeast United States. Dissatisfaction with league mismanagement led to the end of the SNESL in 1921 as several teams moved to the newly created American Soccer League.

Calgary Boomers association football club

The Calgary Boomers were a professional soccer team, that competed in the North American Soccer League during the 1980–81 NASL Indoor season and outdoors in the 1981 season, after which they folded. They were owned by Nelson Skalbania, a Canadian businessman who moved the Memphis Rogues to Calgary, Alberta after the 1980 season.

First started in 1996, the PBST is an international exhibition tour in beach soccer allowing teams to practice in beach soccer as well as to allow spectators to see the sport. The tour holds events in different locations around the world.

New Bedford Whalers was the name of three United States soccer teams based in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The first Whalers played in the Southern New England Soccer League between 1914 and 1918. The second Whalers played in the American Soccer League between 1924 and 1931 before merging into Fall River F.C.. The third Whalers were then formed when Fall River merged with New York Yankees. They played in the ASL between 1931 and 1932.

The Eastern Professional Soccer League season ran from Fall 1928 to Spring 1929 with a mid winter break. By the end of the first half, only the New York Giants and New York Hakoah had played all eighteen games. New York Celtic had dropped out after eight games and the rest of the teams had played either fourteen or fifteen games. Bethlehem Steel led the league with twenty-eight points off 14–1–0 record. The second half of the season began with a different line up than the first half. Celtic, as already mentioned, had dropped out. New York Hungaria joined the league from the Southern New York Soccer Association and New Bedford Whalers joined from the American Soccer League. Whalers lasted only eight games before returning to the ASL. Newark Skeeters played nine games then also dropped out. At the end of the Spring half, Bethlehem led the league with 49 points, taking the league championship.

The 1997 USISL D-3 Pro League was the 11th season of third-division soccer in the United States, and was the first season of now-defunct USISL D-3 Pro League.

2012–13 United States Open Cup for Arena Soccer

The 2012–13 US Open Arena Soccer Championship is the fifth edition of an open knockout style tournament for arena/indoor soccer. In this edition, teams from the Professional Arena Soccer League, Premier Arena Soccer League, and other independent indoor soccer teams participate in the tournament.

The 2012–13 Premier Arena Soccer League season consists of 46 teams grouped into 6 divisions across the US. The Premier Arena Soccer League continues to serve as the developmental league to the Professional Arena Soccer League.

The 1969 Washington Darts season was the second season of the team in the American Soccer League, and the club's third season in professional soccer. This year, the team earned first place in the Southern Division and made it into the championship game known as the ASL Final. They were this year's champions. It would be the last year of the club in the ASL as it joined the North American Soccer league in the following year with a new team under the same name in 1970.

The 1968 Washington Darts season was the first season of the new team in the American Soccer League, and the club's second season in professional soccer. It is also the first instance in which the club uses this name. Previously, the club was known as the Washington Britannica. This year, the team earned first place in the Southern Division. They went on to be at the top of the table and obtain the ASL Championship.

The 1967–68 season of the Washington Britannica was their first season in the American Soccer League, and the club's first season in professional soccer. The club was created in 1963 at the amateur level and fielded a team under the same name. During their initial professional year, the team earned second place in the Southern Division. The following year, the club folded the team and renamed themselves, fielding a new team for the 1968 season, the Washington Darts.
