The Serbian Hockey League Season for 2005-2006 consisted of 12 games. It lasted from November 15 to December 16. In the end HK Partizan won. HK Spartak Subotica eventually fell out from the competition because of various problems - mainly that they lacked an indoor arena.
The Serbian Hockey League Season for 2006-2007 consisted of 16 games. It lasted from October 20 to January 6. In the end HK Partizan won. It was the first time that HK Beostar participated.
The Serbian Hockey League Season for 2008-2009 consisted of 16 games. HK Partizan won the regular division and the playoffs, making it their 4th title in a row.
The Serbian Hockey League Season for 2007-2008 consisted of 24 games. It started on October 12. HK Partizan won the regular division and the playoffs, making it their third title in a row.
The 1993–94 season was the third season of the Serbian Hockey League. Only three teams participated, each one playing four games with one another, resulting in 8 games for each team. HK Partizan won all the games that it played that season, resulting in them winning the regular division and the playoffs. It was their first title since the end of the former Yugoslavia.

Along with these two, HK Partizan left the regular season, in lieu of playing the stronger Slohokej Liga. HK Partizan will rejoin the competition in the playoffs. However, HK Subotica returned to the league, after a five-year absence. The league started on November 27, 2009.
