Clube Ferroviário de Maputo, or simply Ferroviário, is a Mozambique multi sports club from Maputo especially known for its football operations but also for its basketball and roller hockey team.

Liga Desportiva de Maputo Football club

Liga Desportiva de Maputo is a Mozambican football (soccer) club based in Maputo that plays in the country's top football division, Moçambola. One of the richest clubs in Mozambique, it was founded on 8 November 1990 and has won four league titles and one cup.

Grupo Desportivo Interclube is an Angolan basketball club based in Luanda. It is part of the mutisports club with the same name. The club's basketball teams compete at the local level, at the Luanda Provincial Basketball Championships and at the Men's and Women's leagues as well as at continental level, at the annual African Basketball Club Champions League.

The tournament, organized by FIBA Africa and hosted by Clube Ferroviário de Maputo, was contested by 11 clubs split into 2 groups of 6, each group playing a round robin with the top four teams of each group qualifying for the knockout stages. This was Desp de Maputo's 1st title and Mozambique's 3rd.

The 2016 FIBA Africa Women's Clubs Champions Cup, was an international basketball tournament that took place at the Pavilhão do Maxaquene, in Maputo, Mozambique, from November 25 to December 6, 2015. The tournament, organized by FIBA Africa and hosted by Clube Ferroviário de Maputo, was contested by 10 teams split into 2 groups, the first four of each group qualifying for the knock-out stage.

The 2020 BAL Qualifying Tournaments were the inaugural qualifying tournaments of the Basketball Africa League (BAL), the newly launched premier basketball league of Africa jointly organized by the NBA and FIBA. While the NBA will co-organise from the regular season, the qualifiers are completely organised by FIBA Africa.

Clube Ferroviário de Maputo is a basketball club based in Maputo, Mozambique. The team competes in the Mozambican League. In the Mozambican League, Maputo has won nine national titles. Ferroviário played in the 2021 season of the Basketball Africa League (BAL).
