The CSV qualification for the 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship saw member nations compete for two places at the finals in Japan. [1]

8 of the 12 CSV national teams entered qualification. The teams were distributed according to their position in the FIVB Senior Women's Rankings as of 5 January 2008 using the serpentine system for their distribution. (Rankings shown in brackets) Teams ranked 1–2 did not compete in the second round, and automatically qualified for the third round.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship</span> The nineteenth staging of FIVB Volleyball Mens World Championship

The 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship was the 19th staging of the FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship, contested by the senior men's national teams of the members of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB), the sport's global governing body. The final tournament was held in Italy and Bulgaria from 9 to 30 September 2018. For the first time, the tournament was jointly-hosted by more than one country. The final six was hosted by Italy at the Pala Alpitour in Turin.

The qualification for the 2016 Women's Olympic volleyball tournament was held from 22 August 2015 to 22 May 2016. Twelve teams qualified, the hosts, the FIVB World Cup champion and runner-up, five continental Olympic qualification tournament champions, and four teams from the World Olympic qualification tournament respectively. Teams already qualified for the event were not eligible to play in the following qualification tournaments.

The CEV qualification for the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship saw member nations compete for seven places at the finals in Italy and Bulgaria.

The NORCECA qualification for the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship saw member nations compete for five places at the finals in Italy and Bulgaria. The top three teams from the 2017 Men's NORCECA Volleyball Championship, plus two teams from the final four qualified for the 2018 World Championship. Therefore, the first two rounds of the 2018 World Championship qualification also acted as qualifiers for the 2017 NORCECA Championship.

The NORCECA qualification for the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship will see member nations compete for six places at the finals in Japan. USA has directly qualified to 2018 World Championship as the 2014 World Champion.
