The 5th edition of the annual TNT - Fortuna Meeting took place on June 15 and June 16, 2011 in Kladno, Czech Republic. The track and field competition, featuring a decathlon (men) and a heptathlon (women) event was part of the top-level 2011 IAAF World Combined Events Challenge.

In 2011, the foremost athletics event was the 2011 World Championships in Athletics in Daegu. The other major global level competition held in 2011 was the World Cross Country Championships.

Kladno City in Czech Republic

Kladno is a city in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It is located 25 kilometres northwest of the capital city Prague. Leonel Suárez Cuban decathlete

Leonel Suárez Fajardo is a decathlete from Cuba. He was bronze medalist in the event at the 2012 Summer Olympics, 2008 Summer Olympics and silver medalist at the 2009 World Championships. He won a third consecutive global medal at the 2011 World Championships in Athletics, taking bronze.

Tatyana Chernova Russian heptathlete

Tatyana Sergeyevna Chernova is a Russian heptathlete. She was originally awarded the bronze medal at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics, and the gold medal at the 2011 World Championships in Athletics before being stripped of those medals for doping.

Karolina Tymińska Polish heptathlete

Karolina Tymińska is a Polish heptathlete. She has represented Poland twice at the Olympic Games and three times at the World Championships in Athletics. She is the bronze medalist in the heptathlon from the 2011 World Championships in Athletics, having originally come fourth in the event before the disqualification, in 2016, of Tatyana Chernova.

Aiga Grabuste Latvian track and field athlete

Aiga Grabuste is a Latvian track and field athlete competing in heptathlon. She represented her country at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and won bronze medal at the 2012 European Athletics Championships, finishing just 10 points behind fellow Latvian Laura Ikauniece.

Decathlon athletic track and field competition

The decathlon is a combined event in athletics consisting of ten track and field events. The word decathlon is of Greek origin, from δέκα and ἄθλος. Events are held over two consecutive days and the winners are determined by the combined performance in all. Performance is judged on a points system in each event, not by the position achieved. TNT – Fortuna Meeting annual track & field competition in the Czech Republic

The TNT – Fortuna Meeting is an annual track and field combined events meeting which takes place at Sletiště Stadium in Kladno, Czech Republic in mid-June. The event, which features a men's decathlon and a women's heptathlon, attracted an audience of 5000 in its inaugural edition in 2007 and saw world record holder Roman Šebrle win the men's competition with a total of 8697 points – the best decathlon performance that year. In 2010 the meeting was given IAAF World Combined Events Challenge status by the International Association of Athletics Federations.

2010 TNT – Fortuna Meeting

The 4th edition of the annual TNT - Fortuna Meeting took place on 15 and 16 June 2010 in Kladno, Czech Republic. The track and field competition, featuring a decathlon (men) and a heptathlon (women) event was part of the 2010 IAAF World Combined Events Challenge. The 2010 edition was the first in history of Kladno meeting to gain the top-level IAAF World Combined Events Challenge rank.

The African Combined Events Championships is an international athletics competition between African athletes in the disciplines of men's decathlon and women's heptathlon. It became part of the IAAF Combined Events Challenge circuit in 2011.
