Al-Arabi Sports Club, also known as Al-Arabi Al-Saudi, is a Saudi Arabian club which contains a number of sports, most notably football, basketball and handball. It based in Unaizah, Al-Qassim in 1958. Its logo has white and red colors. Al-Arabi has a fierce rivalry with local club Al-Najma, which is usually manifested in the Unaizah Derby.
Al-Najma Sport Club is a Saudi Arabian football team based in Unaizah that is currently playing in the Saudi Second Division League. Founded in 1960, the team plays in white and black color and green colours.

Al-Shabab became the first club to win the championship for three seasons in succession when defeating Al-Hilal in the championship match. Promoted side Al-Najma were relegated alongside Al-Ta'ee.
Al-Hilal won the championship for the 6th time in 1990.
In December 1990, the Saudi Federation decided to merge all the football League with the King's Cup in one tournament and the addition of the Golden Box. The Golden Box would be an end of season knockout competition played between the top four teams of the regular league season.
1984 saw the 9th season in Saudi Arabian top-flight football. Al-Hilal won the title for the 3rd time and the first since 1979.
1985 saw the dawn of another new era in Saudi Arabian football with the league once again cut into two groups.
The 1986–87 Saudi Premier League season reverted to a regular home and away league format instead of the previous season's group phases.

Zamil Al-Sulim is a Saudi Arabian football player. He was born on 29 October 1989 in Unaizah in Saudi Arabia and plays in the position of striker. He played for Al-Najma as a striker.
Shaye Al-Nafisah is a Saudi Arabian former footballer who played as a forward. He joined Al-Kawkab as a youth in 1977 and represented the first team a year later. He spent his entire career at Al-Kawkab and rejected offers from many top-tier sides such as Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr. Al-Nafisah retired at the age of 28 due to recurring injuries. Al-Nafisah represented the Saudi Arabia national team at the 1984 AFC Asian Cup and scored the first goal in the final.
