The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference is a collegiate athletic conference affiliated with NCAA Division I. Of its current 11 full members located in four Northeastern states such as Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.
The Northeast Conference (NEC) is a collegiate athletic conference whose schools are members of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Teams in the NEC compete in Division I for all sports; football competes in the Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS). Participating schools are located principally in the Northeastern United States, from which the conference derives its name.
The Red Foxes are the athletic teams of Marist College. The Marist Red Foxes compete in NCAA Division I athletics as a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) the only exception being football, a member of the Pioneer Football League (PFL).
The Marist Red Foxes men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The Red Foxes have qualified for the NCAA tournament twice, losing in the first round in both instances. Prior to joining the MAAC in 1997, Marist was a charter member of the ECAC Metro Conference in 1981; which became the Northeast Conference in 1988.

The 2014 MAAC Men's Lacrosse Championship took place from April 1 to May 3 that year at Tenney Stadium in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. The winner of the tournament received the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse Championship. Four teams from the MAAC conference will compete in the single elimination tournament. The seeds were based upon the teams' regular season conference record.

The ten-match tournament took place at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The eleven-team single-elimination tournament consisted of four rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Monmouth Hawks were the defending champions and successfully defended their title.

The Monmouth Hawks were the defending champions and successfully defended their title.

Conference play started in January and concluded March 22, 2019. This season was the 38th season of MAAC basketball.

It was held March 7–11, 2019, at the Times Union Center in Albany, New York. Top seeded Quinnipiac defeated #3 seed Marist 81–51 for their third straight MAAC Tournament championship.

The Red Foxes, led by second-year head coach John Dunne, played their home games at the McCann Arena in Poughkeepsie, New York as members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. They finished the season 7–23, 6–14 in MAAC play to finish in last place. They lost in the first round of the MAAC tournament to Niagara 54–56.

The five-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting matches. The host for the matches was determined by seeding from regular season play. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Monmouth Hawks were the defending champions and successfully defended their title, defeating the Fairfield Stags 6–0 in the final. This is the fourth consecutive title for Monmouth and 5th overall. The title is also the 5th for head coach Krissy Turner.
The 2019 MAAC men's soccer tournament, was the 27th edition of the MAAC Men's Soccer Tournament, a post-season college soccer conference tournament to determine the MAAC champion, and the conference's automatic berth into the NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament. The 2019 edition of the tournament began on November 10 and concluded on November 17, 2019.
The 2021 MAAC women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference held from October 31 through November 7, 2021. The seven-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting matches. The host for the matches was determined by seeding from regular season play. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Siena Saints were the defending champions and were unable to defend their title, losing to the Quinnipiac Bobcats on pentalties in the semifinal. The Monmouth Hawks won the title by defeating Quinnipiac 4–0 in the final. This is Monmouth's sixth overall tournament win and fifth in the last six years. The title is also the sixth for head coach Krissy Turner. As tournament champions, Monmouth earned the MAAC's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.
The 2021 MAAC men's soccer tournament was the postseason men's soccer tournament for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference held from November 7 through November 14, 2021. The seven-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting matches. The host for the matches was determined by seeding from regular season play. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Monmouth were the defending champions and were unable to defend their title, losing to Marist in the semifinals. Marist went on to win the Championship, defeating Rider in a penalty shoot-out in the final. This is Marist's fourth overall tournament win and first since 2005. The title is also the first for head coach Matt Viggiano. As tournament champions, Marist earned the MAAC's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
The 2022–23 Quinnipiac Bobcats men's basketball team represent Quinnipiac University in the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bobcats, led by sixth-year head coach Baker Dunleavy, play their home games at M&T Bank Arena in Hamden, Connecticut as members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

The Monmouth Hawks were the defending champions and were unable to defend their title, as they moved conferences to the Colonial Athletic Association beginning in the 2022 season. The Quinnipiac Bobcats won the title by defeating Niagara 4–0 in the final. This is Quinnipiac's first overall tournament win in program history. The title is also the first for head coach Dave Clarke. As tournament champions, Quinnipiac earned the MAAC's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
