The 2020 SANFL Women's League season was the fourth season of the SANFL Women's League (SANFLW). The season commenced on 14 February and concluded with the Grand Final on 23 August. The competition was contested by eight clubs, all of whom were affiliated with clubs from the men's South Australian National Football League (SANFL). Following the fourth round of competition, the season was suspended for over three months due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, though upon resumption in June the season continued uninterrupted and concluded in late August 2020. The Adelaide Football Club, nicknamed the Crows, is a professional Australian rules football club based in Adelaide, South Australia. The club was founded in 1990. North Adelaide Football Club

North Adelaide Football Club, nicknamed The Roosters, is an Australian rules football club affiliated with the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) and SANFL Women's League (SANFLW). The club plays its home games at Prospect Oval, located in Prospect, a northern suburb of Adelaide. The club joined the SAFA in 1888 as the Medindie Football Club, changing its name to North Adelaide in 1893. It is the fourth oldest club still in operation in the SANFL after South Adelaide (1877), Port Adelaide (1877) and Norwood (1878). North Adelaide's first premiership was won in 1900, and the club has won a total of fourteen senior men's premierships in the SANFL, most recently in 2018.

Norwood Football Club

Norwood Football Club, nicknamed the Redlegs, is an Australian rules football club competing in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) in the state of South Australia. Its home ground is Coopers Stadium, which is often referred to as "The Parade". It is one of the two traditional powerhouse clubs of the SANFL, the other being Port Adelaide, who together have won half of all SANFL premierships. The club has won 30 SANFL premierships and 1 SANFLW premiership.

Georgia Bevan Australian rules footballer

Georgia Bevan is an Australian rules footballer who played for Adelaide and the Gold Coast in the AFL Women's (AFLW) competition. After playing softball as a teenager she changed sports to football. After playing for Morphettville Park Football Club in the South Australian Women's Football League and winning three consecutive premierships with the club, she was drafted by Adelaide in the inaugural AFLW draft and was a member of their premiership winning team in the 2017 AFL Women's Grand Final. In 2021 she was signed as an injury replacement player by the Gold Coast and was delisted at the end of the season.
