The 2022 North America and Caribbean Women's Junior Handball Championship was the first edition of the tournament, it took place in Mexico City, Mexico, from 4 to 8 April 2022. It acted as the North America and Caribbean qualifying tournament for the 2022 Women's Junior World Handball Championship. [1] [2]

2015 World Womens Handball Championship

The 2015 IHF World Women's Handball Championship, the 22nd event hosted by the International Handball Federation, was held in Denmark. The decision to select Denmark as the host was announced on 27 January 2011.

The men's tournament of handball at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, began on October 16 and ended on October 24. All games were held at the San Rafael Gymnasium. The defending champions were Brazil, who won the title on home court. Argentina, the winner of the competition, qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, Great Britain.

The 2019 IHF World Women's Handball Championship, the 24th event hosted by the International Handball Federation, was held in Japan from 30 November to 15 December 2019.

The 2015 IHF Men's Junior World Championship was the 20th edition of the tournament and held at Brazil from 19 July to 1 August 2015. The decision to select Brazil as the host was announced 1 August 2014. France won their first title by defeating Denmark 26–24 in the final.

2021 World Mens Handball Championship 27th event hosted by the International Handball Federation

The 2021 IHF World Men's Handball Championship was the 27th event hosted by the International Handball Federation and held in Egypt from 13 to 31 January 2021.

2023 World Mens Handball Championship 28th event hosted by the International Handball Federation

The 2023 IHF World Men's Handball Championship will be the 28th event hosted by the International Handball Federation. It will be held in Poland and Sweden from 11 to 29 January 2023. Denmark are the two-times defending World Champions, having won the 2019 and 2021 edition.

The 2015 Pan American Women's Handball Championship was the 13th edition of the Pan American Women's Handball Championship, held in Cuba from 21 to 28 May 2015. It acted as the American qualifying tournament for the 2015 World Women's Handball Championship.

2016 Pan American Mens Handball Championship

The 2016 Pan American Men's Handball Championship was the 17th official competition for senior men's national handball teams of North, Center, Caribbean and South America. It was held from 11 to 19 June 2016 at the Tecnópolis in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It also acted as the qualifying competition for the 2017 World Men's Handball Championship in France, securing three vacancies for the World Championship.

2021 World Womens Handball Championship

The 2021 IHF World Women's Handball Championship, the 25th event by the International Handball Federation, was held in Spain from 1 to 19 December 2021. On 18 October 2018, at a congress in Doha, Qatar, the IHF announced that the World Championship would be expanded from 24 teams to 32 teams from 2021 onwards.

2018 Pan American Mens Handball Championship

The 2018 Pan American Men's Handball Championship was the 18th official competition for senior men's national handball teams of North, Central and South America and the Caribbean. It was held from 16 to 24 June 2018 in Nuuk, Greenland. It also acted as the qualifying competition for the 2019 World Men's Handball Championship in Denmark and Germany, securing three vacancies for the World Championship.

The qualification for the 2020 Women's Olympic Handball Tournament assigned quota places to twelve teams: the hosts, the World champion, four continental champions and six teams from the World Olympic qualification tournaments respectively. The 2020 Olympics were postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2008 Women's Junior World Handball Championship was the 16th edition of the tournament and took place in Macedonia from 21 July to 3 August 2008.

The 2019 NorCA Women's Handball Championship was the third edition of the Nor.Ca. Women's Handball Championship. The tournament took place in Mexico City from 28 May to 2 June 2019. It acted as the North American and Caribbean qualifying tournament for the 2019 World Women's Handball Championship.

2019 IHF Super Globe

The 2019 IHF Super Globe was the thirteenth edition of the IHF Men's Super Globe, a yearly club world championship in handball organised by the International Handball Federation (IHF). The tournament was held in Dammam, Saudi Arabia from 27 to 31 August 2019.

The handball men's tournament at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru was held between 31 July and 5 August 2019. Eight nations participated.

The handball women's tournament at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru was held between 24 and 30 July 2019. Eight nations participated. Brazil won its sixth straight title, directly qualifying to the 2020 Summer Olympics.

2021 Nor.Ca. Womens Handball Championship

‌The 2021 Nor.Ca. Women's Handball Championship was the fourth edition of the championship, held from 22 to 27 August 2021 at Elgin, United States under the aegis of North America and Caribbean Handball Confederation. It was the first time in history that the championship is organised by the USA Team Handball. It also acted as the qualification tournament for the 2021 World Women's Handball Championship, with the top team from the championship directly qualifying for the event to be held in Spain. The tournament was held behind closed doors, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2021 North American and Caribbean Senior Club Championship

The 2021 North American and Caribbean Senior Club Championship will be the second edition of the North American and Caribbean Senior Club Championship which is a qualifying tournament for the 2021 IHF Men's Super Globe. It will be held in Fremont, United States at the Centerville Junior High School from 25 to 27 August 2021.

The 2022 Asian Women's Junior Handball Championship was 16th edition of the championship held from 7 to 14 March 2022 in Almaty, Kazakhstan under the aegis of Asian Handball Federation. It was the fifth time in history that the championship was organised by the Kazakhstan Handball Federation. It also acted as the qualification tournament for the 2022 Women's Junior World Handball Championship, with top tree teams from the championship directly qualifying for the event to be held in Slovenia.

2022 South and Central American Womens Junior Handball Championship

The 2022 South and Central American Women's Junior Handball Championship was the first edition of the tournament, took place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 22 to 26 March 2022. It acted as the South and Central American qualifying tournament for the 2022 Women's Junior World Handball Championship.
