The Asia/Oceania Zone was the unique zone within Group 4 of the regional Davis Cup competition in 2023. The zone's competition was held in round robin format in Antalya, Turkey from 18 to 21 October 2023.

Format: Round-robin basis. Two pools of four teams and nations will play each team once in their pool. Nations finishing in the top two of each pool will enter promotional play-offs, with the first of Pool A facing the second of Pool B and the first of Pool B facing the second of Pool A, and the two winners will be promoted to Asia/Oceania Zone Group III in 2024.
Nations finishing in the bottom two of each pool will enter relegation play-offs, with the third of Pool A facing the fourth of Pool B and the third of Pool B facing the fourth of Pool A, and the two lost teams will be relegated to Asia/Oceania Zone Group V in 2024.

The Asia/Oceania Zone is one of the three zones of regional Davis Cup competition in 2012.
The 2013 Davis Cup was the 102nd edition of the tournament between national teams in men's tennis. Czech Republic successfully held their place as Davis Cup champions, by defeating Serbia in the final, in Belgrade, by a 3–2 score. The draw took place on 19 September 2012 in London, United Kingdom. Although, the draws for Asia/Oceania Zone Group I and Europe/Africa Zone Group II were held following the remaining play-off ties on 19–21 October 2012.
The Asia/Oceania Zone was one of the three zones of regional Davis Cup competition in 2010. It was divided into four groups. Teams in Group IV competed for promotion to Group III for 2011.
The Group III tournament was held July 23–27, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on outdoor hard courts.
The Group III tournament was held April 10–14, in Tehran, Iran, on outdoor clay courts.

The 2016 Davis Cup was the 105th edition of the Davis Cup, a tournament between national teams in men's tennis. It was sponsored by BNP Paribas. From this season's tournament the deciding set of each match would be settled by a tiebreak at 6 games all rather than playing an advantage set until a player or a team were two games clear. Argentina won their first Davis Cup title, after 4 runner-up finishes, defeating Croatia in the final. Federico Delbonis defeated Ivo Karlović in the final match to give Argentina its first Davis Cup title, after a comeback from Juan Martín del Potro against Marin Čilić in the fourth match.
