In only the second time this discipline was held, Romania's Alexia Ioana Tatu was the defending champion, and she was still eligible to participate in the under 14 tournament this year. [1] But she didn't return to play in this event or the girls' event. Serbian Luna Vujovic won the title by defeating Hollie Smart from Great Britain in straight sets. [2]
