The 2024 African Men's Youth Handball Championship was held in Tunisia from 19 to 16 September 2024. It also acted as a qualification tournament for the 2025 IHF Men's U19 Handball World Championship.
The draw was held on 19 August 2024 at the head office of the African Handball Confederation in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. [1] [2]

The top four teams qualified for the 2019 Men's Youth World Handball Championship to be held in Republic of Macedonia.
