The 2024 African Men's Junior Handball Championship was held in Tunisia from 9 to 16 September 2024. [1] It also acted as a qualification tournament for the 2025 IHF Men's U21 Handball World Championship.

The draw was held on 19 August 2024 at the head office of the African Handball Confederation in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. [2] [3]
