The tournaments for the qualification for the 2024 Men's European U-19 Water Polo Championship was held between 14 and 17 March 2024.
The 19 teams were split into four groups of four or five teams. The tournament was played at a single venue with the group winners and the runners-ups qualifying for the final tournament, with group the exception of group C where only one teams qualified. [1]
The draw took place on 15 March 2024. [1] The seeding was based on the teams' previous European Championship performance. Bold text indicates who qualified.

The 2008 EHF European Men's Handball Championship was held in Norway from 17 to 27 January, in the cities of Bergen, Drammen, Lillehammer, Stavanger and Trondheim. Denmark won the tournament with Croatia second and France third.

This was the last edition to feature 16 teams, with the 2020 edition expanding to 24 teams and six preliminary groups format.
