The 2024 U Sports/Curling Canada University Championships was held from March 12 to 16 at the Aitken University Centre and the Capital Winter Club in Fredericton, New Brunswick. [1] The host university of the event was the University of New Brunswick. [2] The event was held in conjunction with the 2024 CCAA/Curling Canada College Curling Championships, the Canadian college curling championship.

The 2003 Nokia Brier, the Canadian men's curling championship, was held from March 1 to 9 at the Halifax Metro Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The defending champion, Randy Ferbey and his team from Alberta were the winners, winning their third Brier in a row. At the Worlds they went on to represent Canada and win the gold medal.

The 1975 Macdonald Brier, the Canadian men's national curling championship was held from March 2 to 8, 1975 at the Lady Beaverbrook Rink in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The total attendance for the week was 20,672. This was the first Brier in which a combined Territories team would participate, increasing the field from 11 to 12 teams. This arrangement would last until 2015 when each territory was granted a separate entry along with a Team Canada entry for the defending Brier champions.

The 2012 Sun Life Financial Players' Championship was held from April 17 to 22 at the Consolidated Credit Union Place in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. It was the last Grand Slam event of the 2011–12 curling season and the twentieth time the tournament has been held. The purse is CAD$100,000 for both the men's and women's tournaments, and the winner of each tournament will receive CAD$18,000.

The 2013 Molson Canadian Men's Provincial Curling Championship, the men's provincial curling championship for New Brunswick, was held from January 30 to February 3 at the Gladstone Curling Club in Fredericton Junction, New Brunswick. The winning team represented New Brunswick at the 2013 Tim Hortons Brier in Edmonton, Alberta.

The 2013 Players' Championship was a curling tournament held from April 16 to 21 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, Ontario as part of the 2012–13 World Curling Tour. It was the fourth men's and fifth women's Grand Slam event of the 2012–13 curling season. The event was held in a round robin format.

The 2019 Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship was held from March 19 to 24 at the Willie O'Ree Place in Frederiction, New Brunswick.

The 2020 U Sports/Curling Canada University Curling Championships were held from March 11 to 15, 2020 at Stride Place in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. The winning teams on both the men's and women's sides will also represent Canada at the 2021 Winter Universiade in Lucerne, Switzerland.

The 2021 Canadian Olympic Curling Pre-Trials were held from October 25 to 31 at the Queens Place Emera Centre in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. The event qualified two teams for the 2021 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The 2021 Everest Canadian Senior Curling Championships was held from December 6 to 11 at the Community First Curling Centre in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

The 2022 Canadian U18 Curling Championships were held from May 1 to 7 at the Oakville Curling Club in Oakville, Ontario. The event was originally scheduled to be held February 14 to 20 in Timmins, Ontario, however, was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Ontario.

The 2022 Everest Canadian Senior Curling Championships was held from December 4 to 10 at the Mariners Centre and the Yarmouth Curling Club in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The winning teams will represent Canada at the 2023 World Senior Curling Championships in Gangneung, South Korea.

The 2023 U Sports/Curling Canada University Championships were held from March 15 to 19 at the Gerry McCrory Countryside Sports Complex in Sudbury, Ontario. The host university of the event was Laurentian University. Sudbury was originally scheduled to host the 2022 edition of the event, however, it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Ontario. The event was held in conjunction with the 2023 CCAA/Curling Canada College Curling Championships, the Canadian college curling championship.

The top two men's and women's teams qualified for the 2024 U Sports/Curling Canada University Curling Championships in Fredericton, New Brunswick, hosted by the University of New Brunswick who received an automatic berth as the hosts. Because the UNB Reds women's team qualified for the final, a third-place game was held to determine the second qualifying team.

The 2024 CCAA/Curling Canada College Championships was held from March 12 to 16 at the Aitken University Centre and the Capital Winter Club in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The event was hosted by the University of New Brunswick. The event was also held in conjunction with the 2024 U Sports/Curling Canada University Curling Championships, the Canadian university curling championship.

The 2024 Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship is currently being held from March 12 to 16 at the Aitken University Centre and the Capital Winter Club in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The winning pair will represent Canada at the 2024 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship in Östersund, Sweden.
