The 2031 Africa Cup of Nations , also referred to as AFCON 2031 or CAN 2031, is scheduled to be the 38th edition of the biennial African football tournament organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The tournament is scheduled to take place between June and July 2031. Therefore, African countries with suitable climatic conditions during this time are eligible to submit bids for the tournament.
